In Yahoo, I have about 30 subfolders under INBOX, and rules establlished to drive the incoming emails to specific folders. When an email comes in that is routed to a subfolder, Yahoo enboldens the subfolder as expected, howeverr the email does not show on my BB. It is unlikely that I will be opening "folders" on my BB every 30 minutes to check all of the subfolders for new email.
View 1 RepliesNew to the Maxx and having a problem - I use the default Yahoo Email APP. When I click on FOLDERS, it doesn't show the few additonal Folders that exist in my YAHOO account online. The only ones displayable are: Inbox, Trash, Outbox, and Sent. These appear to be only Folders ON my phone -- not what exists in my online YAHOO account.. On my previous phone, there use to be a way to display those other folders ..
Maybe it's time to look at another email APP ..
All this time iPhone was out on the market, i needed a way to make the Mail.app to scan into my email folders. i have a Yahoo! account set up and it's only for the Inbox. i have filters/rules that redirect emails to certain folders in the yahoo email account, but the iOS Mail.app doesn't scan in there. is there an alternative? other than entering - step by step - in all the folders?

I had one when the phone released 2 years back in 2009 and got it in the Metal Grey but sold it for an Htc Inspire.Back on topic, I had no problems with the E72's email client back then on my old device but noticed a difference in my recent E72. I have a Yahoo email account set up on my device. Syncing is great, but the problem is that i'm unable to view my created folders for sorting of mailI have no problems viewing this on my Htc Inspire, but I want to be able to see them on my E72.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI wonder if anyone can help me with this problem please. I have recently purchased a BB-Bold 9700 and transferred my settings from my old Bold. I have to email addresses (both Gmail) registered which appear on my main screen. The push email works fine! However, whenever I send an email, I cannot see the sent mail in the individual email folders but only in the main messages folder which is very annoying and confusing. Here's what I have tried sofar:
1. I tried to go into options and mark "No" in the section indicated hide my sent messages.
2. I tried going into filter and ticking sent messages. They appear but once you press the back button they disappear again.
3. I tried going onto the BB website and I successfully downloaded the newest software update (5.0.0.4) but still it did not resolve the problem....
Do I need to wipe off the whole device? Can someone please help because I'm very confused and frustrated with this issue.....
Morning cb community...I've got a weird issue going on...not an annoyance or deal breaker just curious. Anyways lately and randomly my phones ringtone for my yahoo email goes off and there isn't an email. It vibrates and the berrybuzz led and color goes off too. The weird thing is is that there isn't even an unread email indicator with the number. The phone just goes off. Its weird. I've done battery pulls and stuff. Any thoughts? It just has me wondering. It doesn't do it for my sprint.blackberry.net email just my yahoo email.
When I goto Menu -> View Folder, I'm still able to see old email address that no longer exist on my BB or on the BIS site.
I already tried going to Options ->Device -> Advanced -> Service Book and try to look for those email addresses, but they are not there.
The BBT is new to me..but I have my yahoo icon on my main screen to check my email,,,but....when I go into it all it shows is my emails listed... my INBOX per say... HOW do I view my other folders on my yahoo? ie saved mail, sent mail etc etc... All I see is my inbox and once I delete my messages it is a blank screen pretty much.

Similarily, when I try to open any of the three email folders...the text messages folder opens. I know I am receiving emails but I cannot access the email folders. I used the "Switch Device" option on my BB Desktop Manager, to trasfer contacts from my work BB to the 9700. All this was a breeze. Unfortunately what this also did was transfer my work email folders (all archive folders) on to the 9700. So in the email application on the 9700, if I select "View Folder" from the menu key, I see a whole bunch of archive folders. Is anyone else having this problem? Randomly, when I exit an app all of the Apps I have hidden will randomly show up in the springboard. A respring usually fixes this, but the last time I resprung it all of my folders disappeared dumping everything onto the springboard. REALLY annoying. Im trying to figure out what is causing it. Possibly iRealSMS. Anyone else experiencing this?
