Have setup Email on the Bold 9900 to access Yahoo Email. access to the Inbox is working fine. How do you access the other folders in the Yahoo account?
I have my incoming Yahoo mail filtered to different folders, so I have new mail in different folders, which at present I can't see on the Bold.

I have had my phone for ages and all of a sudden it will not connect to my work gmail account. It's telling me my user name or password is incorrect and even thought I make sure, shut the phone down and restart it, it still says the same. When I delete and try to set it up again it tells me can not connect to imap?

Anyways lately and randomly my phones ringtone for my yahoo email goes off and there isn't an email. It vibrates and the berrybuzz led and color goes off too. The weird thing is is that there isn't even an unread email indicator with the number. The phone just goes off. Its weird. I've done battery pulls and stuff. Any thoughts? It just has me wondering. It doesn't do it for my sprint.blackberry.net email just my yahoo email.
I downloaded the new updated version 023.002 on my Nokia E72, however the e-mail setup for gmail & yahoo or Ovi does not work, every time I try to enter the e-mail setting while conected to Wi-Fi, the phone does not save the setting & I should try again & again with no success.

The issue I encounter is to receive emails with Yahoo!Smallbusiness within 15 minutes. I have made a contact with Yahoo for many times. They insistly mention this is being caused by BIS or / and GSM carrier. Good. That's a fact. However, I configured a Gmail account, so it seems that I don't get down with my Gmail account.Is there anybody out there to give me a hand on what's going on with my email delaying because I'm exactly tired of wrestling out with the problem. My Yahoo e-mail account won't delete. I wanted to remove my Yahoo account on my 9780 and went into setup to delete it. It no longer shows as a listed account in the setup menu but it still appears as an icon on the homepage. It's still active retrieving messages. I tried rebooting by removing the battery to no avail.

When an email comes in that is routed to a subfolder, Yahoo enboldens the subfolder as expected, howeverr the email does not show on my BB. It is unlikely that I will be opening "folders" on my BB every 30 minutes to check all of the subfolders for new email.

View 1 Replies View Relatedeverything was fine until this morning. after syncing my bb bold 9780, they prompted me to update my blackberry system software. after i have done so, the phone did a long "reboot" and i realised after that all my email accounts are gone. and i have to set them up again.
however after i go to SETUP, i click on EMAIL ACCOUNTS and then INTERNET MAIL ACCOUNT, it goes back to the SETUP page, every single time. And when i select Exit Setup, the phone freezes. When it freezes, i will take out the battery and try again but the same thing happened every single time!

My colleague had a blackberry curve 8900 and this was then passed to me as he left the company. My Email Accounts Icon will not open under Setup on my Bold 9930. Neither the push-to-touch or the hot button will open this set-up Icon. All other set-up Icons work okay. I've completely removed the battery and SIM card, but the problem remains.

I go to the setup on the main screen (the phone with the green gear) and I can see under set up the little icon for Email Accounts, but when I click on it nothing opens up. I can click on other icons (i.e. Wi-Fi) and the set up screen opens for them, but not for the email accounts.
I already had an email account on my bold 9900 but recently i changed my password and now bb email wants me to go to setup and verificate my new password. The problem is that whenever i go to setup and click on email account and then Internet Mail Account nothing happened. It's not responding, and i can't do anything about my email, delate it, nor add new one.
