I can't seem to send pictures on my Bold 9780. I have noticed that this only started when I downloaded the upgrade for BBM.
Do I have to send my blackberry in to get fixed or can I do something from home? I've done a security wipe, but that didn't help much.
I haven't had it for that long, but when I had my curve 9300 it sent pictures fine, unfortunately it got nicked so I got the bold anyway, on bbm and apps like PingChat! It won't send pictures to my friends?

I can´t write my PIN or something.When I connect BB 9780 to my computer a picture Phone<->computer comes up. But BB desktop can´t connect.How can I repair it? Or simply reset EVERYTHING to factory (out of the box)-settings?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a small problem with my bold 9780, it is very slow with showing pictures. When I start the picture viewer it takes for ever to show the thumbnails. I have about 2000 pictures on it and some music. I am using a 8gb sandisk micro SD card. Don't know the class. At the beginning it was not that slow. And I had most of the pictures on my old bb already.

It freezes when I try to get images in my email. It does not freeze when I use or send pics via BBM. I have deleted pictures, videos and unnecessary apps on my phone. I have pulled the battery on my phone about 50 times in the last couple of weeks, once 6 times in an hour. I have backed it up using BB Desktop. I even bought a new battery but it's still happening. Recently my blackberry stopped saving pictures that I have taken on the camera. It comes up as 'read only files' and it's blank. Now i cant even delete the pictures that are saved on the memory card. I have tried the battery pull, connecting my blackberry to my pc, even tried formatting the media card and it comes up as formatt failed both on the blackberry and also on the pc.

Even when I receive an overseas sms and I want to reply, when I click on the SEND button, my phone will freeze and I will have to restart my phone and once it restarts this message will always come << uncaught exception: Application net_rim_bb_messaging_app(145) is not responding; process terminated >>. What does that mean? The phone is originally from telus but I unlocked it and now am with koodo and the monthly plan I took with koodo allows me to send unlimited overseas text messages, so now its like am paying for a service I cant use! 1. Perform a complete back up using Blackberry Desktop Software.
2. Perform security wipe manually on the phone via Options > Security > Security Wipe.
3. After wiped, I using Blackberry Desktop Software to restore my backed up data.
4. Starting from now, i can't send/receive emails.
I have try go to Setup > Email Accounts > click into Internet Mail Account, but it bound back to the Setup page. Then i try Message icon > Options > Email Account Management, it prompt up "Unable to open email setup application. Contact your wireless service provider" message. Ive recently bought the bb bold 9780, it was working fine the first week. Now all of a sudden, when i switch the phone on, java script error msg's appear, also which is most frustrating,, my inbox icon has disappeared & i cant send or receive messages. I've even taken it to an o2 guru, they were baffled an hadnt seen it before.

I even installed latest version of BBM.When we do Send->Pictures->Select Picture, then it gives that normal preview pan where we can write comment and click on send, In my case i just cant select that send button even when it appears usual as always.

When I go into my app world to try and uninstall bbm there is no delete or uninstall button so I am stuck. I have tried to take the battery out and re boot but this does not work
Not to long ago I downloaded the new upgrade for BBM 6... Now I can't send any pics to my bbm contacts that have been taken on my blackberry!!! I've read that this is a problem expressed by a few ppl. I have already tried deleting the program and reinstalling it and still PROBLEMS!

I had something happen to my Bold yesterday and last night I noticed that all my pictures in the Media folder were gone and now my camera can take a picture but that is all. I can save or send and it says my SD card is like not there. I can save a picture if someone sends me on in a text message and it asks where i want to save them and it will take me there but I can access them after that unless I save another picture from another person

When I click the menu button on one of these camera photos the "send.....via email, text message etc " is not in the list of options. If I click the menu button on a picture that has not been taken with my Blackberrys camera the option IS there.I've tried attaching a photo whilst in a text message or an email, it gives me the option "attach" however when I click on the photo I want to attach it wont attach it.

View 9 Replies View RelatedAny picture I take save of have already had on my phone won't allow me to view it in the media folder. Even the sample pics won't give me any options. If I push down on the trackpad or hit the blackberry (menu) button it just sits there. Music, vids, ringtones, everything else works fine. Tried reformatting the card and repairing it and nuthing happened. I'm going to download the current OS for at&t and see if that works. I'm on a bold 9700 on at&t running 5.0.0.405. The only thing that I think has happened between the last time I was able to view a picture was I told it to do a wirelees update and the firmware update completed successfully. Anybody have any other ideas?
