Jun 20, 2010Where can i find my hidden pics in my media card on my bb9700 I hate to do this, but I simply can't figure it out. Yesterday I had some of my files hidden on my phone that I could not access. The files that I want went to the media card when hidden. I've searched google and tried some suggestions, but I still can't find them. First, is there a way to get to the media card directory? People say to go to explore, but I don't have this on my device i even went on my stock theme from att it takes u too explore but it still don't show my hidden pics what gives.

Oct 11, 2012I have a small problem with my bold 9780, it is very slow with showing pictures. When I start the picture viewer it takes for ever to show the thumbnails. I have about 2000 pictures on it and some music. I am using a 8gb sandisk micro SD card. Don't know the class. At the beginning it was not that slow. And I had most of the pictures on my old bb already.

May 23, 2012I accidentally deleted some pictures from my phone. I downloaded a software1 (not permitted to disclose the software) to recover my deleted pictures. However I could not recover them as this software was not free. I then downloaded blackberry desktop software and backed up everything. When I downloaded ZAR 9.1 it showed my memory card as being emptied. I then tried the software1 and it showed my memory card being emptied as well. Nov 5, 2012I am getting extremely frustrated with my phone. For the last couple of weeks, my phone has been freezing. It freezes when I try to send a picture via text message. It freezes when I try to get images in my email. It does not freeze when I use or send pics via BBM. I have deleted pictures, videos and unnecessary apps on my phone. I have pulled the battery on my phone about 50 times in the last couple of weeks, once 6 times in an hour. I have backed it up using BB Desktop. I even bought a new battery but it's still happening. Please note, I have had this phone for 17 months and have NEVER had these issues before. It all started after the last software upgrade (6.0 Bundle 2921 (6.0.0.666, platform 6.6.0.241) about 2 or 3 weeks ago. I am getting extremely frustrated with my phone.
