I have a small problem with my bold 9780, it is very slow with showing pictures. When I start the picture viewer it takes for ever to show the thumbnails. I have about 2000 pictures on it and some music. I am using a 8gb sandisk micro SD card. Don't know the class. At the beginning it was not that slow. And I had most of the pictures on my old bb already.

It runs very slow on my phone, sometimes it works, but most of the time it always show "Loading".I am using wifi when I want to download some apps from the Appworld, because I only have 1gb free for a month. Another question is that how I can close my running app. I press the Blackberry key for 5 seconds, I see some app still running, althought I closed it.
May I upgrade my phone to Blackberry 7. I think I cannot do it because I read about it somewhere before, but just ask for sure.
I haven't had it for that long, but when I had my curve 9300 it sent pictures fine, unfortunately it got nicked so I got the bold anyway, on bbm and apps like PingChat! It won't send pictures to my friends?

It freezes when I try to get images in my email. It does not freeze when I use or send pics via BBM. I have deleted pictures, videos and unnecessary apps on my phone. I have pulled the battery on my phone about 50 times in the last couple of weeks, once 6 times in an hour. I have backed it up using BB Desktop. I even bought a new battery but it's still happening. Do I have to send my blackberry in to get fixed or can I do something from home? I've done a security wipe, but that didn't help much.

Now i cant even delete the pictures that are saved on the memory card. I have tried the battery pull, connecting my blackberry to my pc, even tried formatting the media card and it comes up as formatt failed both on the blackberry and also on the pc.

Have tried to update the software (t mobile said this might help) but message says that my administrator will not allow this.
I just got myself a bold 9780. But now after restarting it for the first time, it shows a white screen with "App Error 603" and "Reset" on it. I alreadey tried the suggestions at the Torch board. At first I thought it might be a problem with the battery so I bought a new genuine battery for Blackberry and put it in my phone but I was still having the same problem. I decided to send a tweet to @BlackberryHelp on Twitter and they advised me to do a security wipe, which I did, and still my phone kept turning itself off. I sent them another tweet and another message but they haven't replied. I'm getting a little bit, put it this way, frustrated that when i've paid for a premium smartphone at over £400 I'm having problems after owning the phone for just over 6 months. The phone is therefore still under warrenty but I thought I would just put a message on here first before I contact them to see if it is a small fix that I can do myself rather than living without my Blackberry while it's sent off to be fixed.
I am getting quite fed up now because, I get the Blackberry logo up and I have to wait for the bar to go across (see below image) which takes AGES. I'd hate to rely on the phone in an emergency! Purchase new sim in Germany but cannot verify Blackberry ID..when attempted to log in with the correct ID Error message read "Blackberry ID servise is temporary unavailable.
Further findings show that my phone not connected to Blackberry Enterprise Server.
Every other connections...i.e Wi fi and other connected.
How do i get edge back instead of GSM?i have tried all the possible ways,restarted my phone,kept battery out for 10mins and the restarted,removed my SIM and tried another but im not comming down to a soloution
