How can I delete all contacts from the phone memory on my Bold 9780? I've only seen options to delete single entries but not all in the list.
I noted that under contacts, there are email, phone, facebook entries. How can I configure the contacts to only display phone contacts?
Recently my blackberry stopped saving pictures that I have taken on the camera. It comes up as 'read only files' and it's blank. Now i cant even delete the pictures that are saved on the memory card. I have tried the battery pull, connecting my blackberry to my pc, even tried formatting the media card and it comes up as formatt failed both on the blackberry and also on the pc.

Have my email and everything working good, transfered contacts over from my mac (Powerbook G4, runnung OS X 10.5.5) using DM and now i can't delete or edit almost all the contacts (68). Please advise what's the best thing to do? also when i plugged my BB in today, the DM advised some updates....all from BB (i don't have any third party software) and after the install all my sms's were deleted
View 9 Replies View RelatedI downloaded an app (Smarter Wallpapers) and used it. I found I didn't like it as much as I thought I would so I deleted it. Problem is that the pictures from the app are still in my phone and even if I change the wallpaper it continues to scroll through all the app's wallpaper. It's driving me nuts - I just want it off my phone!

Whenever this message comes up my phone right side very slow, when I try to open a app or file it takes very long and mybphone freezes for a while. If I do a battery pull my phone runs properly for a day or so, until I'm greeted by the same low memory message. I've got no memory card and only a handful of media files.

I cannot pick up the calls and sometime can't read the msg received. I need to do power reset by take out the battery for 10 second.. And reboot.. Its will back to normal.. But.. I have a problem (and so do all my colleagues) with BB Bold 9780.When someone, who's phone # and the name etc is stored in my Address book calls me and my device is locked (it gets locked if not in use for 10 minutes) what I see on the screen is the phone # of the caller, but no name. If device is not locked - the name of a caller appears along with the #.This is very uncomfortable, because I do not remember the # of all the people in my address book, so when there is no name - I don't know who is calling.
