BB Bold :: Can't Delete Or Edit Contacts On Phone

I'm a brand new user, just switched over from an iPhone a few days ago....got everything set up, no problem. Have my email and everything working good, transfered contacts over from my mac (Powerbook G4, runnung OS X 10.5.5) using DM and now i can't delete or edit almost all the contacts (68). Please advise what's the best thing to do? also when i plugged my BB in today, the DM advised some updates....all from BB (i don't have any third party software) and after the install all my sms's were deleted

I got a new Galaxy S5 about a year ago and put my old SIM card in it to transfer my contacts. The SIM card was used in a Motorola Atrix HD and a Nokia Lumia 520. I need to update and delete some of the original contacts that I put on the SIM card when I was using the two previous phones. However, my Galaxy S5 simply will not register any of the changes. If I choose to delete one of the contacts, it says "The contact will be deleted" but then nothing happens. If I try to edit one of the contacts, it says "Unable to save contact."
This issue only occurs when attempting to edit contacts that were added to the SIM card on either of the two previous phones. If I try to edit or delete a contact that I added using my Galaxy S5, everything works just fine. It sounds like this is an authentication/security issue of some kind, but how do I get around it?

can't addeditsavedelete contacts. Once I'm editing info in a contact as soon as I done it's like nothing happened. No special event I can point that caused this.Tried (by order):Turn off and on againHard resetBackup and restore using iTunesAll three didn't help resolving. GeariPhone 4 16GBOS 5.0.1 * I've also read about the switching on and off contacts sync on iCloud and other e-mail accounts such as Exchange or Gmail off for contacts sync - irrelevant in my case.

Somehow some of the contacts on the "Messaging contacts list" have mixed info. For instance the name doesn't match the picture or the name and picture do not match the related cell no. (1) How do I delete the contact entirely? (2) How do I edit the related info? (3) What if for instance my contact changed their cell no. and I need to edit the list or the info on a particular contact?

I have an Xperia Z5 (E6653) and I have a microsoft office 365 (business version) account that manages all my email, calendar & contacts. I setup the account through the built in "gmail" app because the contacts & calendar would not sync at all through the native mail app.
The problem I have is that I can see & call my exchange contacts with no problems, they sync fine from the server, but I can't make any changes to the contacts via the phone's native "contacts" app, the edit symbol is there but when i tap the symbol it takes me to the next sreen (edit screen) and from there the screen is basically useless, all the details are grey and un-editable *screenshot attached* ....

I already merged my contacts (which is full) and unsynced my contacts from the Google Account (gmail).
But when I try to delete something from my contact list it always says "Contact will be deleted from phone and server? Delete" How do I take that setting off and ONLY delete from my phone?
For some reason, my contacts synced 3 times and I have at least 3 of each contact and I cannot merge anymore. I am using the default contact app.

I am not able to add any new contacts on my BB curver 8900. It started this problem since two weeks. I tried removing the battery and all but still the issues is not solved. Also i think the phone got little slow.My BB Pin is 21921334.I am struggling now with my bb. i dont wanna loose it because i am so attached to my bb.I think there are only about 300contacts saved on the phone.

I went to use my contact list and I discovered that my name & several of my contacts had been duplicated in name only, there is nothing attached to the name, but I cannot delete them. This just happened sometime in the last couple of hours, I made no changes during this time. I have a galaxy s5. I tried shutting off the phone and restarting it thinking it may reset itself; it did not change.
