Eseries / Communicators :: E63: Cannot Edit Profiles
Jun 28, 2012seems that I can't personalise the profiles (Tools -> Profiles) on my E63 anymore. Which is odd.
I get the Personalise menu item but pressing it just results in nothing happening. Yes I've restarted my phone too
BB Torch :: Text Templates For It?
Feb 11, 2011Just taken delivery of a BB torch. My previous phone had text templates, and which you could create your own ones, and then insert them into your normal text messages.The torch does'nt have this function.

Jun 18, 2011I've purchased an E7 yesterday and proceeded to try to get Mail for Exchange set up with work.When I entered the value for the "Server name" I entered (the equiv of) myserverdomain.com/owa. The connection failed to connect and I suspect I should have simply put the domain name (not the owa bit) BUT when I go to "Options > Settings > Mail for Exchange > Mailbox" I cannot change the "Server name" field - tapping it does nothing.More generally, I CAN edit: { Mail, Password, Include Signature } and I CANNOT edit { Mailbox, Username, Servername, Domain).

May 15, 2011I was able to select and then copy / cut text from a mobile webpage in internet explorer (like name details etc. when I replied to a person) with the SHIFT button, but it is not working anymore...When I now press the SHIFT button, the īmouseī appears again and I am not able to select the text anymore..

Jan 10, 2012today my company's email provider changed the hostname for the Exchange server, so I'm stuck with my E72 not syncronizing any more, since I can't edit the server name field in the configuration properties.First of all: is this behavior by design? Because in case it is, the "Change" item in the Options menu should really be removed.

Psiloc World Traveller
Adv. Comm. Manager
Smart Connect
Vlingo
PTT
I do not require these but I do not have the option to delete them - all I can do for now is move them to a new folder which I have called 'Unused apps'. Can anyone shed any light on how I can remove these apps and therefore free up more memory.

I'm trying to use the email app to connect to an IMAP4 server (which I run).When I delete a message on the E7, the email app appears to mark the message as deleted, and then it immediately does an expunge on the mailbox, so destroying all deleted messages in the mailbox. This is not the behaviour I want.The convention used on this mail server is that when the user asks to delete a message, the email app should move the message to a Trash folder, so preserving the message for a period of time. I can't find a way to configure the E7's mail client to do this. As this is an utterly standard business requirement

Mar 20, 2011I'm using a PAYG with Virgin UK and it loggs on to T-Mobile on some occasions as there is apparently a network sharing between Virgin and T-Mobile.However, T-Mobile has set a bookmark www.t-zones.co.uk in the Nokia browser (and made it startup page so it goes straight there when you open the browser). The "delete" and "edit" options don't exist on this one. Auto-bookmarks are off in the settings.
