Am having a problem in E-7 that it does not supprt EDIT LABEL option in Contacts since I use many numbers in a single entry.We have edited and remove your email address on your post, personal details like IMEI/Mobile number/real name etc.

how to edit a label in a contact's details. If there is a label called Mobile, how can I change to Mobile (my place) ?.This option is present in my Nokia N79 and Nokia 5320 expressmusic.

First name: AMobile: 11Mobile: 22Telephone: 33Telephone: 44
When I open Ovi Suite / Contacts / Contacts in E51 and open the abovementioned contact "A" it shows:
AMobile: 11Telephone: 44Mobile (other): 22As you see it deleted one of "Telephone" labeled numbers. It also happened when I used PC suite.
It is really annoying as if I save/sync the contact using Ovi, it causes loss of contacts data.BTW there is no problem using Backup/Restore function of Ovi/PC suite, nor "Copy to memory card" function of the phone itself.

tested another one with 6 different numbers under the same "Mobile" label the result in Ovi is:
AAMobile: 11Mobile (main): 33Mobile (other): 22the other 3 numbers were lost
I updated blackberry messenger and Facebook today, now I'm not able to add delete or edit contact information. Is there a fix for this

I get the Personalise menu item but pressing it just results in nothing happening. Yes I've restarted my phone too

View 3 Replies View RelatedI've purchased an E7 yesterday and proceeded to try to get Mail for Exchange set up with work.When I entered the value for the "Server name" I entered (the equiv of) myserverdomain.com/owa. The connection failed to connect and I suspect I should have simply put the domain name (not the owa bit) BUT when I go to "Options > Settings > Mail for Exchange > Mailbox" I cannot change the "Server name" field - tapping it does nothing.More generally, I CAN edit: { Mail, Password, Include Signature } and I CANNOT edit { Mailbox, Username, Servername, Domain).

Mail and calendar are syncing OK but not the contactsThe user is 150 miles away and I don't have an E6 that I can play with here. I'm trying to talk her through editing the mail for exchange profile (and not having much luck). When i open up my web browser on my Nokia is asks me where i would like to connect to and i receive the following options: 'MMS' 'Mobile Internet' and 'Planet 3', all of which i have tried and no luck. I have a pre-paid plan on Vodafone which allows 500MB free data. On my previous E63, i presume it was running on vodafone software because it had shown an option to connect to my Vodafone Internet.

I normally just find the "full resync" option that deletes the content and then resyncs. This generally fixes any glitch. I did a software update last week and I have spent about 3 hours trying to find it.
