BB Bold :: 9780 Freezing When Sending Pictures

I am getting extremely frustrated with my phone. For the last couple of weeks, my phone has been freezing. It freezes when I try to send a picture via text message. It freezes when I try to get images in my email. It does not freeze when I use or send pics via BBM. I have deleted pictures, videos and unnecessary apps on my phone. I have pulled the battery on my phone about 50 times in the last couple of weeks, once 6 times in an hour. I have backed it up using BB Desktop. I even bought a new battery but it's still happening. Please note, I have had this phone for 17 months and have NEVER had these issues before. It all started after the last software upgrade (6.0 Bundle 2921 (6.0.0.666, platform 6.6.0.241) about 2 or 3 weeks ago. I am getting extremely frustrated with my phone. Whenever I touch my trackpad using my phone the whole phone freezes. I have had it replaced, I've had new software put into the phone, it was working then over night I wake up and the phone isn't working, and it has done that twice. I have rebooted my phone hundreds of times but the same thing keeps happening, I leave it for a few minutes but that doesn't work either.

My 9780 is constantly freezing. A battery pull is all I can do to unfreeze the device, but it freezes again fairly quickly.If I turn the phone on, and check messages, and social feeds the phone usually works normally until I stop.Once I put the phone down, or put it into my pocket it freezes. The only instance where this problem does not occur, is when I have the phone tethered to my computer.I can have the phone on while charging through the wall outlet, and it freezes, but it never happens when I am tethered to my computer.

my bold 9780 on telus has been freezing, and shutting down and everytime it starts back up it does the same thing and shuts down, and sometimes it doesn't even restart, the red LED light blinks 5 times on the black screen. I seriously love this phone but i hate how much trouble its been giving me. And when it is on it either says sim card error, SOS or searching for networks randomly.

My Bold 9780 is having troubles with incoming and outgoung calls, almost everytime the phone freezes and I have to remove battery to restore funtioning.

My 9780 Bold restarted after I deleted an app, but won't reboot fully. The white loading bar stalls at about 2/3 in, even when I try to start it up again after a battery pull.

I have a small problem with my bold 9780, it is very slow with showing pictures. When I start the picture viewer it takes for ever to show the thumbnails. I have about 2000 pictures on it and some music. I am using a 8gb sandisk micro SD card. Don't know the class. At the beginning it was not that slow. And I had most of the pictures on my old bb already.

I haven't had it for that long, but when I had my curve 9300 it sent pictures fine, unfortunately it got nicked so I got the bold anyway, on bbm and apps like PingChat! It won't send pictures to my friends?

I can't seem to send pictures on my Bold 9780. I have noticed that this only started when I downloaded the upgrade for BBM.
Do I have to send my blackberry in to get fixed or can I do something from home? I've done a security wipe, but that didn't help much.

My Bold 9780 won't transfer pictures / images to laptop / computer.I can see 190 images on the camera, but the BB desktop software doesn't see them (it shows 0).When starting the process,I saw a message flashed on screen similar to:"charge only, not sync." Does someone know how to change that setting, too?

Recently my blackberry stopped saving pictures that I have taken on the camera. It comes up as 'read only files' and it's blank. Now i cant even delete the pictures that are saved on the memory card. I have tried the battery pull, connecting my blackberry to my pc, even tried formatting the media card and it comes up as formatt failed both on the blackberry and also on the pc.

I can take a picture and then send it right away(FB) - but if I save the picture I cannot find where the option is to send it. I can see all the pictures but I cannot open them from the thumbnail. I have a Bold 9700 ATT with a data plan on BES.

I first noticed it when a buddy sent me a picture from his HTC one . It was very small and not very detailed. I picked mine up on Friday and noticed when I sent a picture to my friends through mms that it was only sending 32 kb size pictures. The actual photos are .91 mb's. My question is short of emailing the picture is there anyway to send the photo in full resolution over mms? The stock messaging allows for up to 2mb so why does it compress it so much. I have switched to sending pictures with handcent, but that is not a real practical solution.

So I've been having this issue for a while now, and can't seem to figure out what's causing it. I mainly noticed it after downloading the 8.1 update, but I frequently have issues with the camera freezing when taking pictures. What happens is I will let the autofocus do it's thing, and then when I press the shutter, the autofocus thing stays on the screen, and nothing happens. I've figured out that if I just give it time, it will eventually snap the photo, but no photo is ever saved in the camera roll. I thought it was a thing with my SD card, but it happens when I open the camera fresh too, and not only in taking pictures one after another.

Picture Messaging on Vzw has been acting up on my v10 the last 2 days. Issues with both the stock apps and message plus from vzw. If I send a picture to someone sometimes they get it and sometimes they don't.

The stock messaging app does not allow me to use group messinging so I have been on a quest to find an SMS app that does.
I've come across textra but seem to be having a problem sending and receiveing pictures.
Any clue what the MMSCand MMS Proxy info should be for HTC on ATT in textra? Or any other app recommendations?

I recently discovered that I am not able to send pictures using BBM to my husband. I am able to send pictures via BBM to ALL my other contacts.I have removed him as a contact and re-added him.I have deleted BBM entirely and re-downloaded it using APP world and re added contacts.None of these seem to work. And my husband is the only person I can't share photo's with...and is the person whom I share photo's with the most of our child.

When I send pictures via BBM the receiver gets the pictures very small. When people send them to me I get the full screen. If there is a setting my phone is one to send a small picture? Or is it the phone receiving the picture that has the problem?

I just bought a brand new Bold 9900. I've been having problem with BBM regarding sending pictures and files.Status will show pictures "sent" but the end received did not receive the pics. This happens 95% of the time.I have done soft restart, hard restard, problem still happening. I've checked my bbm version, software version, all are up to date.

iPhone 4s not sending pictures. Its doing that whole almost sending but never finishing crap. Its incredibly frustrating and making me rethink my move from Android. Tried every suggestion. Network reset, turning off wifi, etc etc etc. This is too common, we should be getting refunds at this point. All the stuff I've read is months old, any new fixes out there? Also, I have a feeling this is all related, I recently lost all my contact info. I woke up one day, and all my messages were under phone numbers with no names. I had to rebuild all my contacts.

Everytime I go to use my iPhone 4 to send a picture, or have someone send me one, it doens't work. It shows a little exclimation mark, and if I want it to work I have to completely reset my network settings, which is a constant pain, considering my internet WEP key is 26 digits long. Is there something wrong with my phone, or is it the phone company I'm with?

For some weird reason theres some pictures I can't and can send thru MMS. Some will go thru with no problems, but some nothing happens when I hit the send buttom. It just stays there. My question is why some are ok and get send, But some wont? Is it the file size? I would appriciate any explanation.

I have a BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8220. I'm having the worst time trying to send pictures messages, so I'm wondering if anyone here can help me. I've visited other forums, and I've tried sending as MMS. But it still isn't working. It just shows a small red 'x' almost the exact moment I press send.

When I take a picture using the camera on z5 premium in portrait mode when I then send this picture on via any method... FB, VIBER, WHATSAPP, MESSENGER, EMAIL it rotates the picture 90 degrees. I have cleared thw cache turned phone on /off but no good. Its driving me mad my old z3compact didnt do this.

Since the most recent software update, I've noticed that when sending a message with a picture attached, it'll be marked as 'sending' and not budge, with the recipient eventually receiving it a week later.

I just got a new samsung phone about a week ago.It was working just fine until yesterday when I was going to try to send a picture I had just taken to one of my friends, but for some reason it sent one I took a week ago. I figured maybe it was just a fluke, so I tried to send another picture, and the same thing happened. Again, I tried to send a picture, and it sent the correct one this time.In short, about 70% of the time I try to send a picture, it sends the wrong one.I don't use a memory card or use the internet on my phone, either.
