my bold 9780 on telus has been freezing, and shutting down and everytime it starts back up it does the same thing and shuts down, and sometimes it doesn't even restart, the red LED light blinks 5 times on the black screen. I seriously love this phone but i hate how much trouble its been giving me. And when it is on it either says sim card error, SOS or searching for networks randomly.

After that it automatically restarted and has been continuously doing so without even entering the OS once. In other words, it just keeps restarting itself without actually booting. View 6 Replies View RelatedThe issue I am facing is that my Bold will power up, load 2/3 of the way, then proceed to a white screen with a wiping status bar. It will then freeze around 54% (not always 54%, maybe 48%, sometimes up to 50%), reboot, and repeat.Blackberry is recognized in Loader and Desktop Manager however will fail to connect to JVM because it will repeat the wiping. It does load the software (only if I catch it with the red LED and screen off). I tried the latest desktop manager and the latest updates. I've pull the battery many many times for long periods of times.

I am getting extremely frustrated with my phone. For the last couple of weeks, my phone has been freezing. It freezes when I try to send a picture via text message. It freezes when I try to get images in my email. It does not freeze when I use or send pics via BBM. I have deleted pictures, videos and unnecessary apps on my phone. I have pulled the battery on my phone about 50 times in the last couple of weeks, once 6 times in an hour. I have backed it up using BB Desktop. I even bought a new battery but it's still happening. Please note, I have had this phone for 17 months and have NEVER had these issues before. Was sent away via the carphonewarehouse repair center and another phone came back. This phone has now come up with the same problem. Will not read any SD card and these cards work on other Blackberry or PC etc. I have tried all the remedies out there. Reinstalled the OS. Started the phone without the Sd card etc.

My Blackberry Curve 9300 keeps freezing and then the screen will go white and the LED light will go red, after about 10 - 20 seconds it'll reboot. It does this ATLEAST 5 times a day. Is there anyway to fix this? I've tried "reloading the OS" tried a sytstem wipe and fresh install but no luck.

So I did a master rest and deleted everything on the phone or sd card. The phone got better and faster but again it did restart on its own even without doing heavy function on it. So I moved on and did a software repair from the pc companion .. but still the phone restart and just freeze on its own.

So after many trials I make 4-key phone memory format so the phone restart and I was too much happy but I lost the contacts as it is stored in the phone memory in addition to all my exchange email and nokia email, so I was having back up so I connect it to PC Suit and I restore the contacts from my nokia back but after finishing it was asking for restart and the crises happened again and same previous, stopping at nokia screen then restart restart restart.So again I make phone memory and I using synchronization between my mobile and outlook to return my contacts and I don't know what will happened if I restart my phone.
I don't know what to do as my phone warranty is one year and nokia care will not accept to check it and I don't think that there is qualified shop can repair such this type of problems.IM too much disappointed from nokia and I feel that these type of mobiles designed to work for one year only and if you ask help from nokia care after one year they will not accept.

I have tried the following:
Booting into safe mode
Having it plugged into the wall charger
Hard Reset
Flashing the firmware using LG Flash Tool
Nothing has fixed the issue and unfortunately it is out of warranty. Currently it will load up but straight away reboot.
I have a new LG G4 phone from Android, and it's not even 6 months old, but it keeps restarting. The LG logo will come up, then the screen will go black, and then the LG logo will appear back up. It's been doing this for about 5 hours now, and I've tried resetting it back to the factory settings, but it goes right back to rebooting on it's own.

I decided to update my samsung s6 after the update thing had reminded me three times. But it won't stop going from the samsung screen, to the AT&T scree, to the optimizing apps screen, and loading maybe 12/65 apps, and then going black, and then back to the samsung screen. I don't know what to do, because it's been doing this over and over again for more than 5 minutes.
