My Bold 9780 won't transfer pictures / images to laptop / computer.I can see 190 images on the camera, but the BB desktop software doesn't see them (it shows 0).When starting the process,I saw a message flashed on screen similar to:"charge only, not sync." Does someone know how to change that setting, too?

Today I find, for several contacts, the images are just getting automatically resized. The prompt still appears for some of my contacts.

I have about 2000 pictures on it and some music. I am using a 8gb sandisk micro SD card. Don't know the class. At the beginning it was not that slow. And I had most of the pictures on my old bb already.

I then connected my BB to my iMac and tried to download using the Desktop Manager, but I cannot see a way of exporting a file using that software.
I am getting extremely frustrated with my phone. For the last couple of weeks, my phone has been freezing. It freezes when I try to send a picture via text message. It freezes when I try to get images in my email. It does not freeze when I use or send pics via BBM. I have deleted pictures, videos and unnecessary apps on my phone. I have pulled the battery on my phone about 50 times in the last couple of weeks, once 6 times in an hour. I have backed it up using BB Desktop. I even bought a new battery but it's still happening. Please note, I have had this phone for 17 months and have NEVER had these issues before. Do I have to send my blackberry in to get fixed or can I do something from home? I've done a security wipe, but that didn't help much.
There is one person in my contacts that I cannot text. It always comes up with a red x and says "Short message transfer rejected". The person can still text me, though, and I have no trouble calling the number. It only happens with this contact.I have tried deleting the contact and re-adding, taking out the battery and sim card, but it doesn't work.

Now i cant even delete the pictures that are saved on the memory card. I have tried the battery pull, connecting my blackberry to my pc, even tried formatting the media card and it comes up as formatt failed both on the blackberry and also on the pc.

I didn't get a USB cable with the phone, and bought one off Amazon that was compatible. However, I install the latest PC Suite, and my phone is not being recognised. I consulted the user manual, but that mentions nothing about copying photos off, just taking them.I used the Nokia Cleaner software, restarted, and re-installed and still nothing. Since May, this is no longer an option and it's extremely annoying and frustrating! I don't want to MMS pictures and have my contacts get a message saying my sprint account has sent them a picture - that's RIDICULOUS! Have I altered the setting somehow? When I go to "view pictures", click on a photo, click the blackberry button, select "send/share" - I get the following options: send as email, send to facebook, send as mms, send to blackberry messenger contact. SMS used to be an option!

Haven't updated it before because I've never seen a reason to but when the pictures I took with the phone wouldn't work-meaning they couldn't be displayed in the gallery, this triangular shape with a broken landscape image would appear instead- I updated the phone twice, the second time erased all data. I've connected my phone to the laptop, its scanned it and says there's over a 1000 pictures to import. Once i transferred them all there's pictures that aren't even on my phone.
