Mar 28, 2012Is there a trash can. I can retrieve deleted items ?! I was moving pic's from its original folder to a "new titled folder", after doing that I returned to original folder and started deleted the pic's I had moved. Not knowing it would delete them from everywhere. I'm so upset that they are gone. I lost 9 weeks of work!

Yesterday I had some of my files hidden on my phone that I could not access. The files that I want went to the media card when hidden. I've searched google and tried some suggestions, but I still can't find them. First, is there a way to get to the media card directory? People say to go to explore, but I don't have this on my device i even went on my stock theme from att it takes u too explore but it still don't show my hidden pics what gives.

May 23, 2012I accidentally deleted some pictures from my phone. I downloaded a software1 (not permitted to disclose the software) to recover my deleted pictures. However I could not recover them as this software was not free. I then downloaded blackberry desktop software and backed up everything. When I downloaded ZAR 9.1 it showed my memory card as being emptied. I then tried the software1 and it showed my memory card being emptied as well. I would like to learn how I can recover these pictures.

Mar 25, 2012I am up late and quite upset - family member was trying to sync my iphone4S to Itunes for first time and all my photos (I never backed up from vacation last week - 200 ish photos of family) are gone. I was going to figure out how to back them up tomorrow.
My phone is back to its factory settings - it is pretty scary/sad to have all stuff gone.
I am new to I phone. Have no idea what happened. Is there any way to get photo's back - other stuff I can slowly work on. I see apps I previously downloaded are in I-tunes but there are no photos and cannot find photo area.
I just took my family on a vacation I saved for years that was priceless with 200 pictures. : ( no words to explain sadness.

May 27, 2015I have a Samsung S5 with a 32gb SD card. The other night my from completely froze for approx. 30 seconds and then I lost everything saved on the SD card. The card cannot be read by the phone nor be mounted. When trying to mount the card the phone says mounting SD card then card is safe to remove. I connected it to my computer and it says card needs to be formatted when clicking on the drive letter where the card is place via an adapter. we tried to mount the card on 2 other phones with the same results. Any recovery software that I might use to get my pictures back?

Sep 6, 2014I have been trying to contact the support team however my support has expired, I connected my iphone 4s to my computer and it started to sync nothing new, however, when I looked at my phone it actually restored my phone to a previous back up and i have none of my photos/videos I have taken between the last backup and now.Â
How can i get these files back off my phone I have tried a number of restore software sites but they only see what was restored to my phone via the back-up from Itunes not the pictures that where taken over the last two weeks.Â
