When i go to email settings my email account is alreday there i just need to type in my password but when i do it, it says email account succesfully done But the problem is i cant see the icon on the menu before it was a email icon on the menu. Jan 10, 2010For some weird reason theres some pictures I can't and can send thru MMS. Some will go thru with no problems, but some nothing happens when I hit the send buttom. It just stays there. Jan 11, 2010I've had my 9530 since about September. Today I was snapping a few pics, and the phone just locked up. Did a battery reset, and now it won't do anything! Keeps going from the black screen to a white screen with the little spinning clock and back? WHat happened?! I don't have insurance on the phone, but I don't think its an "insurance" issue as I didn't do anything. Is it still under warranty since I've only had it since Sept?

Sep 14, 2010I was scrolling through my pictures and the phone locked up with a picture halfway scrolled meaning I saw two pics at once.I did a battery pull and now the phone won't do anything?I reinstall the battery and get a solid red light for a few seconds and then a backlit screen but no image the buttons are lit also but nothing else turns on no matter what buttons I pushed in any order.

May 4, 2010My Storm 1 crashed Sunday night with message on screen stating 'Reload Softwares 552'. I called Verizon Tech Support and they just ended up giving me a brand new Storm 2 for free! All I had to do was re-sign my contract for another two years. Gonna miss my Storm 1 but the Storm 2 is sweet! Just got it today. Anyone wanting to upgrade, try using that excuse.

Apr 17, 2010I recently updated the software on my Blackberry Storm 9500 to version 5.0 and now i cannot send mms (though I can still receive mms).I have spent over 4 hours on the phone with my carrier (Vodafone) and they have no idea why I can no longer send mms. I tried downgrading the software and found I could send mms again.Is there any way of fixing it so i can have the newest version of software on my Blackberry and still be able to send mms?

Dec 5, 2011My girlfriend accidentally left her phone with me today. So i decided to put in some pictures of us together since all she had was photos taken off the monitor of her computer. Thought it would be sweet and all until i unplugged the USB and went to the pictures. A lot of pictures all of a sudden showed up that weren't there before. One of them was not mine. So obviously she was cheating on me. When i switched the SIM card and put in into my phone i accidentally lost the pictures and can't seem to get them back. Also, this does not work:
* Go into your Media icon, hit the menu button, and choose Explore * Navigate to the folder where the pictures are located at * Once you're in the folder, hit the menu button, and choose Show Hidden * All of the hidden pictures will appear as being dimmed out * Once you find the picture, select it, hit the menu button, go into Properties * Uncheck the "Hidden" box When i do that only one image shows. We're talking about a whole album here thats hidden?

Nov 18, 2011I accidentally hid an entire folder of pictures, or I think I did anyway. The folder that I think I hid still shows on my screen that lists my picture folders, but now it's showing as empty. I'm pretty sure I selected to hide the whole folder, and didn't actually delete everything in it.... I googled how to "unhide" photos, and it keeps telling me to go into media and "explore" but there is no "explore" option anywhere in my menu or even in the options submenu.
