BB Tour 9630 :: How To Find Hidden Picture
Feb 5, 2010I accidentally chose "hidden" when I was looking at a picture and now I'm not sure how to find.

BB Tour 9630 :: Unhide A Hidden Picture Folder
May 28, 2010Somehow or another the complete picture folder on my memory card has become hidden and I can not unhide it! I go to the "files" application and get to my memory card location, click the BB button, show hidden and there my picture files is. When I highlight it, click the BB button and go to properties to unhide it, the hidden with the "check" is a dull gray meaning I can not unhide the file. I have tried unhiding the file with my sync cable on my laptop... can't locate the file. Pull memory card...no luck. Battery pulled... no luck. There has got to be a way to unhide the folder.

Nov 18, 2011I accidentally hid an entire folder of pictures, or I think I did anyway. The folder that I think I hid still shows on my screen that lists my picture folders, but now it's showing as empty. I'm pretty sure I selected to hide the whole folder, and didn't actually delete everything in it.... I googled how to "unhide" photos, and it keeps telling me to go into media and "explore" but there is no "explore" option anywhere in my menu or even in the options submenu.

Apr 23, 2010My contacts are showing the count number in both back up assistant and in contact list properties... I do not have a filter set, and I have contacts set to show all....but no contacts are showing. I also set up youmail.... and it pulled my contacts, all of them, but as far as I can tell they are nowhere to be found in the phone? I have a feeling I will feel really silly for asking, but help please!?

Jan 8, 2010I tried searching the forum but i didnt find anything, my tour has been restarting (3 times in the last week or so) when i try to take a picture and its really annoying, just goes black and red led light flashes then i usually miss whatever im trying to photograph since i have to wait a few minutes for it to restart just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and if its enough to get a replacement from verizon..this is my second tour my first trackball got stuck for hours.

Feb 19, 2010Tried to take a screenshot but I can't get Quicklaunch to open in Picture Folders.I was using Media Sync to take some selected pictures off my Tour and put them on my PC. I noticed when I was done all contents of my Picture Folders were on my PC. So I reversed the process with Media Sync to get my Wallpaper images back on the Tour. I specifically ticked off only the images I wanted to transfer back to Tour. Long story short every freakin' picture I had taken off the Tour transferred back (which I didn't want), along with Wallpaper (which I did want). Also pics were duplicated. First set went into designated folders they came from, duplicate pics were just sitting there not in a designated folder.(I deleted the dups). But I don't know how/why "user" or "Music" landed in Picture Folders and I'm not sure if it's safe to remove?

Jan 17, 2010Well I have had my blackberry tour for almost a week and i put the OS5.0 .419 tonight. so far so good, but i have my regular message folder, but there is no email folder and i went and setup my email ont he phone but there is no foler that i can find to actually read them in. its not evn getting any of my email cuz i sent one to the registered address. its not abig deal as it did drive me nuts getting all my emails on it, when i only check email when im away from home on my phone. i can always log on line to do it thru the phone, its just buggin me. i had the htc touch pro before this, and the blackberry so far is a love hate thing.

Jan 18, 2010I just upgraded to 5.0.0.419 on the Tour. I had to use the AppLoader because the desktop manager wouldnt work. I have done this many times with my storm and everything seemed to go well. I turned on my phone and it started like usual but all my information is gone. My contacts, messages, applications, everything. It did not back up any of the stuff before upgrading, but when i went to put an old back up on my device it asked if I wanted to override all the stuff that's already on it (1100 text messages, 100 contacts, 500 emails, etc.)So it seems like the stuff is on my phone, but i cannot find it.

Feb 8, 2010Can you replace a tour trackball with a curve one? I heard somewhere that it was possible. I changed the housing in my Tour to make it white but the trackball doesn't sit right and i have a problem scrolling down. Dec 5, 2011My girlfriend accidentally left her phone with me today. So i decided to put in some pictures of us together since all she had was photos taken off the monitor of her computer. Thought it would be sweet and all until i unplugged the USB and went to the pictures. A lot of pictures all of a sudden showed up that weren't there before. One of them was not mine. So obviously she was cheating on me. When i switched the SIM card and put in into my phone i accidentally lost the pictures and can't seem to get them back. Also, this does not work:
* Go into your Media icon, hit the menu button, and choose Explore * Navigate to the folder where the pictures are located at * Once you're in the folder, hit the menu button, and choose Show Hidden * All of the hidden pictures will appear as being dimmed out * Once you find the picture, select it, hit the menu button, go into Properties * Uncheck the "Hidden" box When i do that only one image shows. We're talking about a whole album here thats hidden?
BB Tour 9630 :: 9630 Not Receiving Emails / Until Browser Is Opened
Feb 12, 2010I've developed a problem with my 9630 (carrier: Sprint) recently. I won't receive emails on it for quite a while, but once I open my Internet browser, all of the emails I received since the last time I opened it will come through at once. If I check my messages, they're all listed as coming through at the same time, but inside the email, they're datestamped at the actual time they were sent.
Any ideas as to what it could be? I haven't changed any settings recently, the problem started independent of anything else, from what I can tell. It seems like a problem with my phone not checking for new emails until it uses data services (internet browser).
