BB Bold :: Find A Hidden Picture Folder?
Nov 18, 2011I accidentally hid an entire folder of pictures, or I think I did anyway. The folder that I think I hid still shows on my screen that lists my picture folders, but now it's showing as empty. I'm pretty sure I selected to hide the whole folder, and didn't actually delete everything in it.... I googled how to "unhide" photos, and it keeps telling me to go into media and "explore" but there is no "explore" option anywhere in my menu or even in the options submenu.

Jun 20, 2010Where can i find my hidden pics in my media card on my bb9700 I hate to do this, but I simply can't figure it out. Yesterday I had some of my files hidden on my phone that I could not access. The files that I want went to the media card when hidden. I've searched google and tried some suggestions, but I still can't find them. First, is there a way to get to the media card directory? People say to go to explore, but I don't have this on my device i even went on my stock theme from att it takes u too explore but it still don't show my hidden pics what gives.

May 22, 2010I found out how to lock the keypad on the 9700 after this new screwy update to the 9700.To lock keypad press and hold "A" for 1-2 seconds or push the "lock button" at top left edge of phone.To unlock the keypad go to the very top left corner ridge on the very top of the phone and press the "lock" button.Will take some getting used to but will prevent unwanted calls while holstered or in purse.The best way I found to lock keypad without a password.

May 28, 2010Somehow or another the complete picture folder on my memory card has become hidden and I can not unhide it! I go to the "files" application and get to my memory card location, click the BB button, show hidden and there my picture files is. When I highlight it, click the BB button and go to properties to unhide it, the hidden with the "check" is a dull gray meaning I can not unhide the file. I have tried unhiding the file with my sync cable on my laptop... can't locate the file. Pull memory card...no luck. Battery pulled... no luck. There has got to be a way to unhide the folder.

BB Bold 9650 :: Split Phone Picture With Bold 9700
Apr 5, 2010I often hear many people complaining or wanting to have the Bold 9650 look like the Bold 9700. I found this picture of the Tour 2 9650 splitting with the 9700 Bold to show the differences between of the Bold 9650 if it stays the same without changes, this is what the difference would be compared to the Bold 9700.as you can see, the only difference if the Bold 9650 stays the same as we see here when the final release comes, is that the Bold 9650 has a somewhat larger bezel VS the 9700 Bold. Other then that, you can see from the pic, nothing else is different on the face of the phones in looks.just thought it was pretty interesting(left side is the 9650, right side is the 9700.

Mar 3, 2010I can send MMS fine when it's a picture i take from the camera but if i save a picture from the web, either with opera mini or native web browser and attach it to a MMS, i can't send it. I don't even get an error, the msg just stays open with sending. I try again with a picture i took a few days ago and it goes through, i try a different picture i downloaded from the web and it's a no go.......

May 25, 2010My BB Bold 9700 with ATT is changing my wife contact picture I saved there to her Facebook profile picture. Yes I have the facebook app on my BB Bold 9700 with ATT. Wouldn't be so bad but it has me in there too and I am twice her size so I see me. Yes I know what's the big deal, you know who's calling, but it is aggravating that this is happening every time she calls me. I change it back to the saved picture and save her picture, then she calls and up pops her facebook profile picture.Do any of you know what I can do to fix this without removing the faceboof app?

Dec 5, 2011My girlfriend accidentally left her phone with me today. So i decided to put in some pictures of us together since all she had was photos taken off the monitor of her computer. Thought it would be sweet and all until i unplugged the USB and went to the pictures. A lot of pictures all of a sudden showed up that weren't there before. One of them was not mine. So obviously she was cheating on me. When i switched the SIM card and put in into my phone i accidentally lost the pictures and can't seem to get them back. Also, this does not work:
* Go into your Media icon, hit the menu button, and choose Explore * Navigate to the folder where the pictures are located at * Once you're in the folder, hit the menu button, and choose Show Hidden * All of the hidden pictures will appear as being dimmed out * Once you find the picture, select it, hit the menu button, go into Properties * Uncheck the "Hidden" box When i do that only one image shows. We're talking about a whole album here thats hidden?

Apr 6, 2010How do i get pics off my bb onto my laptop?I put the usb cable into my laptop then the other end into my bb, then it said insert the disk that came with the bb, which i did.It says its successfully installed the software, but i cant find nothing on my laptop.I thought it would be the same process as with a digi camera, plug the usb into your laptop and camera then a pop up comes up saying do you wanna put pics from your cam to your laptop.What am i missing?

May 24, 2011In my media section I have 2 folders, one named Camera Pictures and one named Picture Library. I can get all the pictures off of the camera pictures but NOT the picture library. I have removed my SD card and tried that way and I have tried searching the device and nothing ever shows up! I do not understand. I am fairly computer literate but this has me stumped. I have even opened my windows manager and manually tried to enter the BB to find and search for the pictures and nothing comes up.
