Not to long ago I downloaded the new upgrade for BBM 6... Now I can't send any pics to my bbm contacts that have been taken on my blackberry!!! I've read that this is a problem expressed by a few ppl. I have already tried deleting the program and reinstalling it and still PROBLEMS!
View 8 RepliesI am really disappointed with this bug :-( it was working all fine and I dont how suddenly it changed to this worse.I am unable to send images to any of my contacts in BBM on my Bold 9780. I even installed latest version of BBM.When we do Send->Pictures->Select Picture, then it gives that normal preview pan where we can write comment and click on send, In my case i just cant select that send button even when it appears usual as always.

View 4 Replies View RelatedI have bold 9780 and since upgrading to operating system 6 and bbm v6 I cannot use the send button when sending pictures.
When I go into my app world to try and uninstall bbm there is no delete or uninstall button so I am stuck. I have tried to take the battery out and re boot but this does not work
I downloaded the new bbm 6.0.0.129 and I can't send pictures or voice notes ect.. And even when I go to my picture albums I can't send it to bbm from there, it only gives me options to send in email or text or facebook but not to a messenger contact.

I had something happen to my Bold yesterday and last night I noticed that all my pictures in the Media folder were gone and now my camera can take a picture but that is all. I can save or send and it says my SD card is like not there. I can save a picture if someone sends me on in a text message and it asks where i want to save them and it will take me there but I can access them after that unless I save another picture from another person

Do I have to send my blackberry in to get fixed or can I do something from home? I've done a security wipe, but that didn't help much.
I want to send text messages and emails containing attachments of photos Ive taken using my Blackberry Bold 9780.
When I click the menu button on one of these camera photos the "send.....via email, text message etc " is not in the list of options. If I click the menu button on a picture that has not been taken with my Blackberrys camera the option IS there.I've tried attaching a photo whilst in a text message or an email, it gives me the option "attach" however when I click on the photo I want to attach it wont attach it.
How do you select multiple pics to send or delete??
View 9 Replies View RelatedAny picture I take save of have already had on my phone won't allow me to view it in the media folder. Even the sample pics won't give me any options. If I push down on the trackpad or hit the blackberry (menu) button it just sits there. Music, vids, ringtones, everything else works fine. Tried reformatting the card and repairing it and nuthing happened. I'm going to download the current OS for at&t and see if that works. I'm on a bold 9700 on at&t running 5.0.0.405. The only thing that I think has happened between the last time I was able to view a picture was I told it to do a wirelees update and the firmware update completed successfully. Anybody have any other ideas?

I can see two of my contacts pictures because they changed them, but others I can't see. Someone even said they had changed their picture and I still can't see it. I deleted the contacts and readded them but this didn't resolve the problem. Also, I can no longer uninstall BBM and reinstall it

When I choose Compose sms, then choose a contact or type in a number, the chat window always appear with the same contact. And I don't seem to be able to send txts to any other one..I tryied a soft and a hard reset with no effect.

I am unable to send photos to BBM contacts. Whenever I select a photo and the BBM contact, it does not allow me to move the cursor to Send and remain on Cancel.

I have bbm and when I add people or I accept them, I don't see their picture straight away, unless they change it, I see their new one. My picture isn't showing either, I haven't altered with any settings and I have looked through my settings to look if there's one I can choose for them to show but there isn't.

1-I can't send or receive texts from certain contacts (right now it only seems to be from my boyfriend, we're both on At&t).
2-My text threads lock-up. A new text comes in, but I can't actually open the message. I can open all the previous messages, but any message at the top won't open.
I synch my contacts from Outlook through Exchange server. I use contact pictures extensively, but none of my contacts on the RAZR have pictures. On the phone I added a picture to a contact. Later, I added notes to the contact on Outlook, and the picture on the phone disappeared. What's up with the pictures?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI've just gotten a Bold 9700 and noticed that even though I have the option to sync the profile pictures of my friends with my contacts profiles on the phone, the pictures for my phone contacts remain blank. The Facebook profiles are linked to my contacts and sometimes will show the Facebook profile picture but after a while the picture reverts to a blank icon again. I've also unselected the option to sync and re-enabled the option to update Blackberry contacts with my Facebook contacts to try and force the pictures to update but no success.
I was thinking that it might also be because of a conflict wiyth other apps trying to update the contact pictures seeing as I originally imported all my contatcs from my Gmail account but I am unable to figure out which other apps, if any, are updating contact pics and thereby turn them off.
Blackberry contacts linked to a LinkedIn profile show their LinkedIn profile pics correctly though and other than that I only have BB Messenger, GTalk, Windows Live Messenger and Facebook that are linked to my Blackberry contacts.Any ideas on how I can get my contacts' pictures to sync correctly with Facebook?
"Message Send Failure" every time I send pictures on message? This is also happening on my husband's phone. I have the 5C and he has the 5S. This all started about 4-5 weeks ago. The picture do however go through.

Hi there, new blackberry user. I have taken a few pictures with my Bold 9700 and the have shown up in media/pictures/all pictures. Not sure what happened, but now when I take pictures, I can only view them if I explore and go to the pictures folder. How can I go back to viewing all pictures? Any help for a rookie?
