I have this darn sample song by Aeson (whoever the **** that is) and no matter how many times I delete it, it still will show up at some point later on. Its been a couple days but the sample video will show up once in a while too. Its getting so annoying. How do I delete them for good? Also is there a way to delete visual voicemail for good too?

All Pictures
Picture Folders
Sample Pictures
I have set a folder to store pics in on my media card. After moving all the pics to that folder I go back and under the tab All Pictures those same pictures that I moved to the folder on my media card are there also. I tried to delete those but it says the pictures are in use. How do I remove the pictures from the All Pictures folder? Also is there anyway to delete the Sample Pictures?
Any way I can get the sample pics off my phone or at least off the device memory?

Last topic for the night I promise Was the OS 5.0 upgrade supposed to remove the sample video? I don't see it anymore. Only reason I ask is because I used to use the video a lot for demonstration purposes. Tried a battery pull reset and its still gone. There a way to get it back? Might someone be willing to upload it somewhere?

View 1 Replies View RelatedSuddenly, today, while checking email, the screen on the device when completely white (there was absolutely nothing on ther screen - I've read that the WSOD often has a symbol or something on the screen, this was strictly white)So, I pulled the battery from the device for a couple of minutes. Upon replacing the battery into the phone, the LED lights up for a couple of minutes and then the screen proceeds with the typical reboot screen... the "blackberry" with the loading bar. Once the bar is full and loaded, the screen goes black and the LED turns off. From here, the device is completely unresponsive.

When I go to download Salesforce.com Mobile again, the software doesn't prompt me for my username or password and just hangs. It's almost as if remnants of the original install were on the phone somewhere and it kept my data.I searched my micro sd card, but didn't see anything there.

View 5 Replies View RelatedThere are three sample movies sitting in the system folder (BMW M3, Speedracer trailer and a Delta Goodrem music video) which take up about 85MB of memory. I have tried using maxmem from Berrycoder to remove the files, but it won't delete these videos from the memory.Using FileScout, I try to delete the files and the response is "cannot delete the file, it is an OS5.0 read only system file". Is there any way of deleting these files on the Bold 9000? I have read up on Crackberry on optimising the memory and trying to use BBSAK (BB Swiss Army Knife) but have had zero success on getting rid of these files. Another question while I am asking. Would deleting these files make any difference to the available free memory as reported through the Status. I am hovering around 27MB and want to increase it without deleting the apps I have loaded into the Bold.

I cannot completely load very many websites at all. The websites seem to load halfway and then stop. Called at&t, they tested the phone said it was fine and they informed me that the bold didnt have the same capabilites as the storm. Can someone let me know if this is true? If so then returning the phone and getting another storm.

Secondly, I'd like to know if anyone has a fix for my 9700, I have owned this phone for 2 months, one week in to using my bold, I lost all of my info, everything was gone. It went back to the original background pic and everything. It didn't really phase me because I had only had it for a week and had only put in a few contacts.This morning I woke up to my BB plugged into my Macbook, which is the usual site, but when I unplugged the bold 9700 from my macbook everything was gone again, I took it to the bell store and they said there was nothing they could do, and that "that shouldn't happen, did you back up your phone?" I of course haven't had the time to back up my phone and I know it would save me right now but this still should never happen, I was only charging my phone and now everything on my phone is gone. I play JR hockey and all of my hockey connections, emails and texts are in that phone, I literally have 200+ contacts that I need and can't ever get back.

View 1 Replies View RelatedUpgraded to Bold 9900 a few months ago, last week, Bold kept restarting and so got new bold. Using BES 4.1 and activated phone, but appears that only 5 days worth of emails in Inbox and no emails in Sub-folders. Spoke to Blackberry and they said that this was by design!!! Deleted user from BES and re-created, but still same problem. Is there anything I can do, can't believe that this is by design. It appears that even though you delete user from BES Server, details are still in back end database and so when user is recreated from address list, it links back to the database and repopulates with the limited emails. Is there a way that I can delete the user completely and then recreate from scratch and populate all emails from exchange inbox and sub-folders?
