BB Bold 9000 :: Mobile Host Network Input - How To Activate

This time i wanted to get my mobile host network to work but i didint know how to activate it. i took the phone to them but sadly they dont sell BB's and they dont know how to input the network options. i have all the connetion info but i cant find were to input them. i tried though the desktop manager but i wont connect. now i use Wi-fi to go to the internet but i olny can use it in home.
I'm having trouble with mms I don't have the option in the menu nor the Service Book to restore it. But a Fido, my carrier, CR gave me the apn address which is mms.fido.ca and said this might help. Btw my Bold 9000 is unlocked so she couldn't help me fully because this phone is not sold by Fido. She also didn't know where to input it and I have no idea either.
I need help with my blackberry bold it wont recieve the host routing table i tried 2 different sim cards and also upgraded firmware any suggestion's would be helpful
I've been using my blackberry 4 six months and I've been struggling to understand how Wifi network works an how should I activate. How to activate the wifi network on blackberry curve 8520.
When I'm browsing on facebook mobile I quite often get the error "Error encountered during XML parse: An attribute value may not contain '<'.".. I know quite a few other people get this, is there a solution or someway to minimise when this happens? I am running 5.0.0.411
I have been trying to work this out all morning but I cannot work out how to turn on Japanese Keyboard.the is language and keyboards in setting but this does not turn on the keyboard input when you are typing.
I have a Bold 9000, bought new and unlocked about 3 years ago. It was working fine with all services like BBM and push email working flawlessly on Idea Cellular. While out of town, my Bold 9000 seemed to run out of battery and wouldn't turn on even after attempting to charge it. It would continue to flash 11110000, where 1 indicates a flash of red LED and 0 meaning LED off. Once home, I had to reload the OS on the device. I have the latest OS5 running of the system. And since the device was security wiped, the settings were set to the defaults. But the handset fails to register and instead of 'EDGE' it shows 'edge' or sometimes 'GSM'. I am however, able to make phone calls and send/receive text messages. So far I have tried the following: 1. Hard reset the device numerous times and after every change of settings, leaving the battery out for 2-10 minutes 2. Ensured that the firewall is off 3. Send registration message from Host Routing Table, which is empty 4. Manually set the APN to 'blackberry.net' in TCP/IP 5. Enabled Data, Data roaming and network is 2G only. I have called up Idea customer care and they ensure that my services are working fine and asked me to only perform the steps listed above. This was confirmed by using my Idea sim card on a friend's Torch 9800. Her handset is successfully registered using my sim card and can use BB services. I tried her Airtel sim card and my Bold still failed to register on that network.
I have a problem with the internet on my Bold 9900. When I'm on internet with Wifi there's no problem. When I'm on internet via my mobile network, Facebook & the browser can't connect. Blackberry Apps World & Amazon haven't got this problem. I have already went to my provider (Proximus) and they said my internet must work fine.
I have a blackberry bold 9000 but have cracked the screen so now can see anything on it. The mobile network is currently switched off - is there a shortcut key to turn on the mobile network?
Okay, so I have a blackberry bold 9700 smartphone (3G, Wifi) v5.0.0.422 (platform 5.1.0.121), i know i havent updated in a while.
It seems to be picking up Rogers network, when I am on the Telus network. It will not find the Telus network at all. I've tried pulling out my simcard, and resetting it. I've tried to manually select Telus, but it will not come up, it says: Mobile Network: *none* or Rogers.
my curve 9300 cannot connect to the mobile network since yesterday night...av tried the battery pull and currently running the diagnostic which is taking forever..
I have a Bold 9930, and suddenly the mobile network is not able to connect any more. All the other phone functions are working without any issues including wireless, bluetooth, ....
I tried to restart the phone, remove the battery, but still doesn't work. I tried my SIM card on another phone and it's working without any issues.
My phone won't connect to the mobile network. Everytime I try to connect it the device tell me that it not part of my service plan. I have contacted my mobile provider and they did not find anything wrong and I have put my SIM-card in other phones and the network works on them so their is something wrong with my phone.
Im having an issue with my unlocked Rogers Blackberry Bold that is on the Fido network.I keep getting intermittent connection switching from; 3G, 3g, 2G, 2g, Edge, EDGE, GSM, gsm. you get the idea Im in an area where I have fully coverage, but seems that something is wrong with my BB. Prior to this all was working fine, never a problem til now.I took my sister's sim card [Rogers] and placed into the BB, and it worked fine, was on the EDGE network but didn't drop or anything.Also I am unable to view the "Network Technology" in the Mobile Network Options. I just got a bold 9900 a couple weeks ago and I like it. I use facebook a lot and it worked on the mobile network not on wifi. Yesterday I synced my bold for updates and now facebook doesn't on my mobile network and only on wifi. How I can change it back so I can use my mobile network rather than wifi.
I am connected to my home wifi on the phone, but for some reason when I am browsing the web or trying to download apps from bb app world it uses my mobile network data services. Is there a way I can specify the phone to pick up wifi over the Mobile Services when connected to a wifi Network?
Hey,I have a question for turning off a mobile network,because I'm going on a holydays in the other country,and I want to turn off every connection to a network,don't want to recieve any e-mail,any updates from internet.I don't want to get to pay too much.If I will use internet in the other country,I will have to pay a lot,and that's what I don't want to.So how can I disable getting e-mail,or internet acces?
I just got a refurbished Bold after dropping my original one too many times...Now whenever I get an email on my Yahoo! account, I also get a text message from some random number with "Mobile EmailOZMAIL ########" in it, and I have no idea why.
I recently updated my iphone 4 to ios5. and lost my data conncetion. i get the message: Could not activate cellular data network PDP authentication failure.
I called Zain (my carrier) the call center keeps giving me a lame explanation: they are updating internet services!
i have problems to access internet EDGE and 3G with my sim card in my iphone 3GS.so I tried to connect to internet with the same sim card in another cell phone, and..it works perfectly.just in my iphone 3gs, this sim card does'nt works.The sms and call services work normally, just the internet not work.The operator of my sim card tells me didn't have any problem with the signal, its normal.Another sim card, that be the same operator than my sim card, works normally too, and connect the internet normally.i have configured apn and analized the signal?

My phone was inactive for 9 months and for that reason my email address is no longer registered to my phone. My host routing table is empty and I now appear to be an enterprise user when I am not. Therefore, I no longer have a BlabckBerry internet connection which means that applications such as bbm, watsaap, facebook and my email don't work.
