View 2 Replies View RelatedI have 958 photos on my N8 taken from a trip to Europe. These photos are all organised into albums and tagged depending on which country they were taken in. The problem now is when I sync them to my computer Ovi Suite ignores the Albums and the Tags and groups them all together.how I can sync the photos so they remain in the Albums?Surely there is a way to do this otherwise what is the point of being able to sort into albums on the phone if when you copy them to PC they all get mergedI can't now go through 958 photos trying to remember where each one was taken.Unfortuantely the N8 also only groups the photos by the month they were taken (All were taken in the same month) copying them without ovi suite is also problematic.

Then(and more of a problem!) in the last couple of days my daughter can't even login, as soon as she tries to put her password in it errors straight away and says password incorrect after she has only put in one letter.
View 1 Replies View RelatedMY w890i camera stopped functioning normally in June. I didn't really need a camera so I just assumed I had goofed something up & didn't pay much attention to it. Now my real camera is in the repair shop & I set about figuring out what I goofed with my camera phone and can find nothing. I have it set to save to memory card. there's a 2GB card in there that has very little space used on it (less than 500mb) but when I open the camera function and take a picture it does one of two things: a) makes the shutter noise indicating a picture was taken, then the screen turns gray,the word "saving" appears in the middle and then the screen goes back to the ability to take a picture or b) i hear the shutter noise indicating a picture was taken & then the screen goes back to the menu. When the camera was working properly i would hear the shutter noise, get a gray screen with the word "saving" in the middle and then the picture would display on the screen until i pressed a button. Anyway, I hooked it up to the computer & it downloaded an upgrade, that didn't help, I re-set factory defaults, that didn't help, and finally I plugged the phone into the SE PC Suite & ran "phone repair" that too did not help. I haven't seen any similar complaints on any of the forums I've checked so I'd like to get some advice on what to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I selected the digital copy to be in iTunes rather then Windows Media Player since figure more chance of viewing in future if I get a iPad or something.
So it downloaded to my iTunes put it in my movies section, then I connected my iPhone to iTunes and click sync Movies and made sure it was selected.
But now I get a error message stating "Fast Five was not copied to the iPhone "Lanky71" because it cannot be played on this iPhone"

The autocorrect feature is somewhat annoying and seems to be less accurate than the iPhone. (Disabling autocorrect, it's even MORE annoying) Also another thing that bothers me is I'm constantly accidentally tapping the period key instead of the space bar. Overall the keyboard isn't as fluid and I find myself typing a lot slower. A lot of times random spaces between letters in words show up..Is it because it lacks multi-touch? Is there any tips on how to make it easier? I like the phone overall, but the keyboard is just annoying me
View 10 Replies View RelatedSeveral times in the last week, I have not had a 4G signal on my Droid 4, and it would not fall back to 3G. All I got was "no network found" or similar wording. I live in Orange County, CA, and signal is usually very good. The only way to get a signal was to power off and back on again. I suppose airplane mode would have forced it to re-seek a signal, but I just thought of that one.
Also, when I woke up this morning (2/22/12) at 5:55AM, there was no 3G or 4G. I tried to send an email. and it said no network was available. I turned off the phone and turned it back on, and had the same problem. I turned on WiFi, sent the email, turned off WiFi, and went back to sleep. At 9:00AM, I checked again and it had a good 4G signal.Does this phone have a problem, or is it VZW that causes 3G fallback to fail? How can I tell if there was an overall VZW outage this morning or if the phone just wigged out?
i think i have done all the googling and forum-searching i can do and still no luck answering my question so i hope someone will help me here. I bought my e71 (straight talk) in march '11 and up until about 1 or 2 months ago you tube and other sites w/ flash video worked just fine. But one day i just started getting msgs popping up saying 'you need to upgrade adobe flash player to view this site' and this happens with every single website i've tried even sites that i had no problem with before. I'm assuming i have flash lite 3.0 from what i've read online but beyond that i have no idea what version firmware or anything my phone has and i can't find the info anywhere on my phone or how to update anything. My device manager says 'no server profile found' and i can't figure out how to make one, if that would even help. I'm completely lost. The main reason i bought this phone was because i wanted to watch videos online and i only had it about 8 months before it seemed to become obsolete! I read horror stories about bad firmware updates so if there is a way to just update flash player i would prefer to do that rather than the firmware update. So my simplified question(s) is/are what should i do and how do i do it? Flash player upgrade? System update? Firmware update? make a device server profile?
View 6 Replies View RelatedAs the title says all my images and videos are now no longer within the captured folder when you go into photo's, I have tried deleting all of the _PAlbTN folders, also factory reset the device, still nothing there, any ideas on what I can do to get these back in the captured folder?Otherwise it seems a pointless feature if every firmware update you lose all the data captured over the months since the last update, I have also tried copying all in the camera album over to the PC and put back onto the phone mass memory.It's doing my head in now, I have trawled the forums to find information but nothing. I have a lot of other items on my mass memory which I have accumilated from over the years and transferred to each new phone I get, got something in the region of 2500 images and videos, on the mass memory stored in the traditional way, where E is the mass memory etc:

Do the files (images and videos) get assigned new tags to allow it to identify them as being taken on the device, my viewby month folder is also not working.
I successfully upgraded to Android 2.1 on my Xperia x10 Mini Pro. After the upgrade everything works beautifully except 2 things.
1> I am unable to play any online videos. When I try loading the video it does not load the control for it and shows a small square block like a Lego brick. Looks like the browser is missing some add-on like Flash or something. Have tried installing Flash for the browser but it said Flash is already installed.. Have tried downloading a different browser, like Opera but that does not help either.
2> This is not very important, but for some reason the alarm does not work any more. I can set the alarm on the phone. It shows that the alarm is set for a particular time but when the time comes it does not ring. Have tried using different applications for this but those don't work either.

Just joined the form and did a search for this, but didn't see another discussion on it. If my RAZR is plugged into a power outlet and is fully charged, it is very difficult/almost impossible to unlock the screen. I grab the unlock spot on the left ant try to slide it to the right, but it takes several tries, using extra force to get it to slide. Underneath the slide bar I see the message that my RAZR is fully charged and to unplug it from the outlet.If I unplug it first, it unlocks just fine. Guy I work with just got a new one and it's the same way. Just wondering if anybody else has experienced this? Obviously this isn't a big deal, but was just curious.
