Jun 4, 2012I have taken several videos of my boys sports, but find myself unable to download the videos to my computer or portable hard drive. Videos were taken with my IPhone and are 3-7 minutes long. Up to 3gig of memory on just one video.
Trying to download to a Windows HP computer. When plugging in the phone to sync...it will go for 30 min and then state. (ITunes could not back up the iPhone because the backup could not be saved on the computer) I have tried multiple times, rebooted, made sure everything is up to date.
When opening the files up like a camera where you can drag or tried copy and paste the files will attempt to save. Sometimes the files looks saved but there is ZERO Mb saved, just the file name. Other time I was able to get a file save, but it will not play, just a very fragmented video that looks like pictures taken every 30 seconds.

Mar 22, 2014Little JPEGs copy OK, but anything more than a few MB either gives an error "a device attached to the system is not functioning" or Windows Explorer hangs (badly).
Selecting all files in the Pictures folder also causes both errors. It's a fresh install of Windows 7 with all the recommended updates.

Apr 16, 2012When watching avi and mkv when I select to play another part of the movie the sound does not come back. I only get the video with no sound. The files are large from 700 MB to 4500 MB. Sometimes the sound comes several seconds (sometimes aprox. 10). Some files I get points of the movie that the video pauses itself. I have to fast forward a few seconds to get the movie to continue playing. I have a Nokia E7 with Belle. Are this issues normal to Belle or are caused by a bad update from Anna?

In the future I will change the setting so that the videos are stored on the Sd card, but for now I just need to copy them from the device to the card.
The manual talks about transferring files from a PC to the phone but no mention about phone to micro SD card.

Oct 21, 2011I have 958 photos on my N8 taken from a trip to Europe. These photos are all organised into albums and tagged depending on which country they were taken in. The problem now is when I sync them to my computer Ovi Suite ignores the Albums and the Tags and groups them all together.how I can sync the photos so they remain in the Albums?Surely there is a way to do this otherwise what is the point of being able to sort into albums on the phone if when you copy them to PC they all get mergedI can't now go through 958 photos trying to remember where each one was taken.Unfortuantely the N8 also only groups the photos by the month they were taken (All were taken in the same month) copying them without ovi suite is also problematic.

May 23, 2012I was given a copy of fast 5 which was a bluray with dvd and also digital copy.
I selected the digital copy to be in iTunes rather then Windows Media Player since figure more chance of viewing in future if I get a iPad or something.
So it downloaded to my iTunes put it in my movies section, then I connected my iPhone to iTunes and click sync Movies and made sure it was selected.
But now I get a error message stating "Fast Five was not copied to the iPhone "Lanky71" because it cannot be played on this iPhone"
