Jun 25, 2012i plugged my Iphone into my Mac to transfer via USB, nothing has happened. (Not even Itunes opening up).
Usually it all starts up and i transfer by Nikon Transfer software which I use for my camera.
Any ideas? is it the phone or Mac?

Jul 1, 2012If I email a photo from my Camera Roll, it opens up fine on the PC. If I connect the phone to my PC via USB, though, whether I choose USB Mass Storage, or Windows Media Sync, I can't get the valid photo files transferred it seems. The transferred files would be "invalid" to open on my PC running Windows 7. If I choose Windows Media Sync, and then use Windows Media Center to Import the files, it would always get stuck at ~45% completion. The imported files can be opened, but then the rest somehow can't even be transferred.
I used to have data and device encryption on. I turned both off when I found out about this problem, but the same issues remain.

Jan 22, 2012My phone is pretty dead - screen is white and no buttons respond. A new phone is on its way from orange and I'm trying to get videos off the bb onto my desktop. I've managed with the photos but can't get more than a couple of videos from the bb onto the desktop (using desktop software). Not sure if they are on the phone or media card. (On software, none show up in 'my videos' file. How do I do this only using desktop/ usb and not accessing phone?

I've already formatted my card, etc. I am adding them by connecting the phone with USB. If I need to actually take the card out, put it in the adapter and plug it into my computer, that is fine, but I am unsure of how to get my card out of my phone, haha, I don't see anyway to get it out.

Jul 11, 2013I bought my HTC one 5 weeks ago. I powered off last week and the phone would not come on when I went to power up again a couple days later. Took it to the dealer who said he has not seen this happen and also could not get it to work. I asked him if all my photos, videos etc would transfer over to my replacement phone once I received the new one. He said not if I didn't back them up online! I hadn't done that yet since I have only had the phone a few weeks but I have taken a ton of pics and video of my kids and I am desperately wanting to know if there is a way that I can transfer these things to my new phone. He said because he can't even get my phone to power on there is no way to upload these things now and I will lose them I received my new phone today but before I set it up I need to know if there is any way for me to save my pics, etc.

If you choose to reboot the phone it would loop back to the same menu. I brought my phone to sprint and they said there was nothing they could do and that the phone had crashed. Now the phone turns on and goes to a blue screen and shuts off after the LG startup screen. I got a new phone but the issue i am having is that the phone has very important pictures and videos on it.
