(What the difference is, and have yet to read an explanation which makes any sense whatsoever to my technologically challenged self.) I want to save photos on my PC but remove them from my IPhone to free up space. So, while I have only a few dozen photos on the Camera Roll, and fewer in the Photo Library, I have hundreds in the photo stream.

Sep 7, 2014I'm very new to an Iphone, even though I've had this phone for over two years. I'm not sure how to actually do anything on it besides text/call/internet/photos+videos. My storage is full (I have over 2000) pictures and I'm needing to transfer them pictures to my computer. I can't use Icloud due to having to much and I'm not paying the extra. So, when I plug my phone into my computer it isn't even recognizing it on ITunes. I'm not sure if that's what I'm even supposed to transfer them to.

Jun 25, 2012i plugged my Iphone into my Mac to transfer via USB, nothing has happened. (Not even Itunes opening up).
Usually it all starts up and i transfer by Nikon Transfer software which I use for my camera.
Any ideas? is it the phone or Mac?
