Jun 5, 2012In his iPhone Settings, under Accessibility, my boss has his Large Text set at 32pt font. However, about half of his work emails come through in the large font, and half do not (they come through in 5pt font, it's really small). The email is an Microsoft Exchange email, and I've had my fair share of problems working on an iPhone with an Exchange account, but this seems odd as there doesn't seem to be a reason why some emails come through in 32pt font, and other's don't. I don't know if it has anything to do with the length of the chain of the email, like 40 email responses come through small whereas an email chain of 5 responses comes through in 32pt. AppleCare had no idea, and did some troubleshooting (e.g. rebooting and try to reset all preferences) which didn't work.

Apr 26, 2010The browser on this Tour sucks big time. Too tiny and magnifying it still doesn't make it big enough. Is there a program (opera?) to make it regular looking/size? I already have my fonts as big as they will go, but I'm an old chick and even with the glasses and my nose on the screen its a pain in the rear. Anybody have a suggestion for me? May 30, 2012I sync photos from my Mac (iPhoto) to my iPhone 4S. I am having a problem syncing certain movies, particularly those taken with a Canon Powershot camera. These movies have been successfully downloaded from the camera into my Mac and they play fine within iPhoto. However, when I sync my iPhone to my Mac I get the following message:
"MVI_1234.MOV was not copied because the video format is not supported by the iPhone "Bob's iPhone 4S"
Movies taken by my old Sony cell phone are syncing over okay from iPhototo my iPhone. The sync problem seems to be limited to those movies taken with this Canon camera.

Oct 13, 2011I rented my first movie from the android market today. I downloaded it to view offline. (I haven't had a chance to play the movie yet.) Have to charge up my phone. I was wondering were the file is stored. Neither the internal memory or SD card appear to have used up any space after the download. I know it downloaded, because my data counter widget indicates over 1.5 GB downloaded by the video app to view the movie. (I bought an extra SD card for the purpose of downloading movies so to not take up space.)

Jun 15, 2012Video created in FCExpress, exported for iPhone. It opens in iTunes and I can watch it in iTunes on the iMac. I cannot drag it to iPhone from the movies page in iTunes. I tried clicking Advanced>create iPod, iPhone version. I tried opening the movie in QT and exporting for iPhone4. Nothing works. The QT export only plays audio in iTunes too, so that was usless. The iPhone is on iOS5.1.1 and the iMac is an i5 with OSX 10.7.4
