Aug 29, 2014I have an iPhone 4S that I used to sync to iTunes.The computer that housed my iTunes library died long ago, and I have not replaced it. How do I delete the synced videos I still have on my iPhone since I do not have access to the iTunes library it is associated with? I know I can attach to a different iTunes account, but I don't want to mess with my music at all. I just want the old videos gone.

Sep 20, 2010MY w890i camera stopped functioning normally in June. I didn't really need a camera so I just assumed I had goofed something up & didn't pay much attention to it. Now my real camera is in the repair shop & I set about figuring out what I goofed with my camera phone and can find nothing. I have it set to save to memory card. there's a 2GB card in there that has very little space used on it (less than 500mb) but when I open the camera function and take a picture it does one of two things: a) makes the shutter noise indicating a picture was taken, then the screen turns gray,the word "saving" appears in the middle and then the screen goes back to the ability to take a picture or b) i hear the shutter noise indicating a picture was taken & then the screen goes back to the menu. When the camera was working properly i would hear the shutter noise, get a gray screen with the word "saving" in the middle and then the picture would display on the screen until i pressed a button. Anyway, I hooked it up to the computer & it downloaded an upgrade, that didn't help, I re-set factory defaults, that didn't help, and finally I plugged the phone into the SE PC Suite & ran "phone repair" that too did not help. I haven't seen any similar complaints on any of the forums I've checked so I'd like to get some advice on what to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Jun 15, 2012I recently pruchased my first MAC, a Macbook pro. I hooked up my iphone to sync all the music i have on it and the only thing that will transfer is some of my "purchased" songs. Thats about 150 of 650 songs. I have tried selecting "sync all music automatically" but it tells me by doing this i will replace my iphone library with the computer library meaning i will lose on 500 songs. I had a Dell PC before this and never had trouble. It crashed so i am unable to access itunes from that computer.

Jun 23, 2014Ok, here is the situation: I updated the software on my iPhone 5 a couple of days ago. After it updated, I noticed that there was a new app on my phone (some game called Cookies and I may have had on my phone in the past), but I couldn't open it because it was darkened, like apps are while they are waiting to be downloaded, except it wasn't downloading. I held down on the app to make it jiggle and the cross sign came up to delete it, so I pressed it and clicked delete but it didn't delete, it just stayed there. I decided to ignore it and just put it in my games folder. Â
Just this morning, I updated another game on my phone called Candy Crush, and this game is kept in the same games folder as the one I put Cookies in. I understand that if you are updating an app that is kept in a folder, the loading circle is displayed on the folder, this was going as normal, until I noticed that Candy Crush had already updated, but the loading circle was still being displayed on the folder, it was frozen at the half way point and has not moved since.Â
So, what I need to know is:
Why hasn't cookies downloaded, and how can I delete it?
How can I get rid of the loading circle displayed on my games folder?Â
I have written these two questions together because I'm wondering if they could be connected?

Feb 25, 2010I just got a new MacBook and I transferred all of my music, movies, pics, ect over from my Vista machine. I plugged my iPhone in to the MacBook to resync the libary to the MacBook but, the iPhone doesnt show up in iTunes.
But I plug into my Vista machine it still is recognized in itunes. So far everything I found in the iphone and itunes forums pertains to problems with the iphone not being recognized by a windows based computer, its almost as if no one has any problems getting their mac to "see" the iphone. Just for info I an running Snow Leapord on my macbook, Vista on my HP PC, and 3.1.2 JB iPhone 3Gs.
