Dec 9, 2014I updated my IOS overnight and this morning tried to go through the setup. I got stuck on the terms and conditions page and now am unable to press next.

IPhone 6 Plus :: IOS 8.1.2 Install Does Not Get Past Terms And Conditions
Dec 10, 2014I have a new iPhone 6 Plus and have been able to get it successfully get to updating to iOS 8.1 but after that, I can never get it to get past the 8.1.1 or the 8.1.2 update terms and conditions. I agree with the first screen and then it has the pop-up second smaller question, I agree to that and then the first screen just stays locked in view. If I touch on the first agree highlighted text again it fades on and off but never changes. Would trying to do the update via iTunes solve this problem or is there something else I can reset on the iPhone 6 Plus itself to not have to do so?Â

Dec 7, 2014So I've gotten brave (or frustrated) enough to update my 4s to 8.1.1 from the initial iOS 8 update. I can only get to the point where it asks me to agree to the terms and conditions. I agree, twice, then everything stops. I have plenty of space to download the update. I tell you, ever since this iOS 8 update, my fondness of Apple products has diminished to the same level of my fondness for PCs.

May 6, 2012I'm having major problems with knowing if my iPhone 4 is full memory-wise or not. iTunes says I am over capacity by NINETY.SEVEN GB when I go to the Summary tab of the Device in iTunes. When I go to my iPhone's Settings under Usage, it says I only have 236 MB available on the phone, with Music taking up 12 GB. ? And then I go to Music and it says I have 1,581 songs. 13.76 GB (the capacity for this phone, subtracting data and hardware allowances, according to iTunes) is around 3,000 songs. I am incredibly confused and need to know what to do. What should I restart/restore, etc.

Apr 29, 2012I attempted to do an ios update tonight...I think it was from 5.0 to 5.01 (not sure). It went through the downloading process and I believe it was at the point of restarting/installing, not quite sure, I wasn't totally paying attention. But then I got a message from iTunes saying that an unknown error occurred and the update could not be completed. Now my phone appears to be completely screwed.
I'm left with a screen on my phone that has the iTunes logo at the top and below is an image of the iPhone USB connector. I can't get away from the screen...turn off/on, hard reset, etc all takes me back to that same screen. What's worse, my iTunes is no longer showing my phone as an option. It's like my phone is no longer recognized at all. I've unplugged and plugged it back in several times. I've restarted iTunes, restarted my computer, etc.

May 7, 2012So about 20 minutes ago I connected my iPhone to my computer and iTunes prompted me to update it. I accepted, but as it was applying the updates some type of error popped up. Long story short, it failed to update and now when I turn on my phone it's frozen with the screen showing the USB cord & iTunes icons. I've tried: -Shutting it down by holding the sleep/power button-Shutting it down by holding the Home + sleep/power button-All of my USB ports on my computer-Reinstalling iTunes As soon as I turn it on, it briefly shows the Apple icon then it goes back to the same screen with the iTunes/USB icons. When I connect it to my computer it makes the connection sound but it won't register on iTunes.

Dec 11, 2014I have an iPhone 5s 16GB that has been installing the new iOS 8 update (8.1.2 I believe?). After being prompted to install the update, I agreed to the terms & conditions and hit "install." After seemingly flying through the first 9/10ths of the update, the progress bar under the Apple logo has not moved for a solid few hours now. I have not had this problem with previous updates. Is there any action that I should/can take without wiping everything from the phone?
