IPhone :: 4 - Top Toolbar Shifted To The Left On Home/lock Screens?
Mar 21, 2012It's like the toolbar at the top has somehow shifted over to the left on the homescreen and lockscreen of my phone.. taking away my clock, signal, etc... (see pictures below that I took) This only happened after I downloaded a software update last night.. called, iOS 5.1..?? I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it or not. Whenever I open an app, it goes back to normal though..
I keep my phone in one of those super heavy duty otter box cases so it's not physically damaged or anything..might not be relevant but just throwing that out there!! =)
also.. on a side note, the option to open the camera from the lock screen is now on my phone, don't know how it got there.. did that come with the software update, and is it a setting you can choose whether or not to have on there?

Jan 11, 2011I have the following problem recently occurred on my C6 device. When I try to open Photos app a system error appear telling me that there is not enough memory to open the photos and to close some applications. I have nothing else running on the phone neither active application nor background application. I have over 280 pictures in the memory card, but I do not think that its the problem. I made hard reset but the problem still exist.

Also, anyway to hide the group conversation check box? I get it, we need to convert to MMS, but wish they just hid that line since its really annoying in the Messages app. I want to give it a shot before I disable the app and go to Google Messenger.

Apr 29, 2012I can't get iTunes to open my iPhone as a device, so I can't sync my phone with the computer. I have the most recent version of iTunes and I have a Mac computer. I have gone through all of the trouble shooting suggestions already - rebooting phone and computer, checking USB cable, trying various USB ports, etc. What can I do to get iTunes to recogize that a device has been connected to the computer. It also does not recognize when my husband connects his phone either. It will charge the phones and nothing more.

Jan 17, 2012Each time I try to send or forward an email, I get this message: "No message services configured. You will only be able to Save Draft."Yet when I check my online services and connections, everything appears to be "On."
Likewise, when I try to open a photo attachment (as I have done many times in the past), I get this message: "More request cannot be completed. Service book information not found."
None of the information I've found under Support addresses these particular issues.

May 26, 2012Recently I have been unable to view my photos successfully on my laptop. It has been happening for several weeks now...When I transfer the photos to my laptop via USB (before you ask, I have tried as USB Mass Storage, PC MODE, and Windows Media Sync) and try opening them, I get the message 'Window Photo Viewer can't open this picture because the file appears to be damaged, corrupted, or is too large.' I just now figured out today how to get the Motocast application installed and running, and it synced up ~400 pictures from my phone to laptop.
However again, when I try viewing any of them on my laptop, I get the message. I have been emailing the photos from my phone, but for some reason that stopped working today also. I go to the photo gallery and do a multi select>Share>Email, and the draft is created. I see the photos attached, put in my email address, but the email never sends...it just pops up with an orange triangle next to the subject and says Send Action canceled. Not sure what all information is needed...software is updated, is a RAZR MAXX, my laptop is Windows 7. About 65 of the photos/videos appear to be in Internal Storage and the rest are on sD card.

Mar 24, 2010Have had my 9700 for a couple of months now and it has been working fine until recently. First problem I had was a failure to send or open MMS. However a battery pull seemed to fix this. The past couple of days I have had problems with my BBM. I can message away fine until suddenly it stops working. Initially the red timer appeared and nothing was sent. Now a tick appears but it takes hours for the message to get delivered. The problem goes away temporarily and I can message fine only to return again.

From what I have tried it seems making different albums only tags the photo but doesn't actually move it. Any suggestions as to how I can have pictures in different albums without them staying in the photo roll also? Do I need to use an app to be able to do this?
