Mar 30, 2012
firstly the camera shutter cannot open to take photo and now can open but the screen is black, what and how should i do to take photo, I did try to search methods to try but it did not workout on my iphone.
When I start the camera, it open the screen but does not open the shutter.and goes into a screen indicating something in progress and then in few seconds - goes back to the locked screen.
i have tried everything as advised over the net. it seems that the last option for me it go to an apple store. but then again, i have been seeing this iphone 4 glitch topics as old as 2010. is mac doing something about it? iphone 4s is my first non sony ericsson phone (been using se since 2005) and with the product pull outs i have chosen iphone over samsung s2 and this is what i get. as much as possible i don't want to have my phone replaced. i bought my 4s last feb 19 and i can't believe this is happening!
Today my back facing camera stopped working. When I open the app the screen stays black and the shutter doesn't open. The front facing camera is working though. I've tried resetting the phone to factory settings. What else can I do?
I'm having a problem with the inner camera shutter on my N86. When I open the outer shutter, the camera software starts but the inner mechanical shutter doesn't open. I can even take a picture of the inside of it!Does anyone else have this problem and does anyone know a way round it?
i,ve a problem with camera on iphone 4, it doesn,t work, it doesn-t open, i made update, i restart and i deleted photo after back up but the problem is always the same,i can't open camera, it's always black?
I just got this phone today..im having an issue with the text messages..When I go to open a text the screen has the persons callback number on the side and the rest of the screen goes black, with a tiny window for typing at the top but the keyboard comes and goes..how can i remove the contacts callback number form this window and make my typing window bigger? why does the background turn black?
I have had my Blackberry Torch now for about 10months and last week i think i may have got it slightly wet after i tried to answer the phone when getting out of the bath. Since then it has been ok but last night when i slid open the screen everything went black. As soon as i slide the screen shut it works again! This basically means that i can only use the phone as a touch screen phone when it is down (which isn't good for me as I always text using the keypad when it is slided open).I called o2 and they said before they send it off to be repaired that i should try upgrading all of the latest BB software as that might fix it. I have never had any upgrades but will this really be able to fix my screen? Is there any other way i can try and fix the phone myself?
When I listen to music, the camera doesn't open from the blocking screen. There is a black screen and when I press the home button, come back to the blocking screen. iPhone 6; iOS 8.1.1.
Screen has a line flickering through it, and the graphics also are starting to flicker. When I open the camera, the graphics invert to look like 'pop art', and then the camera crashes. When using other applications sometimes the app crashes, to a black screen and usually the graphics invert. The only way to rectify is to put the phone to sleep, then when i wake it up - its back to normal, until the next time...? Its becoming more and more frequent, and has been happening for 6 days now.
Since upgrading to IOS 5.1 when iPhone 4 is locked the camera icon does not open when selected. I have to unlock phone with my passcoded to use the camera. The feature worked with IOS 5.0.
When I touch picture gallery or contact icon they are open in land escape and it is carrid out in case that i hold the Iphon normal and vertical and in other side my moves do not played both horizontally direction of Iphon? Info: iPhone 4S, iOS 5.0.1
I have an IPhone 4S. The camera won't open. i had think i had previously filled up the memory, but i have deleted at least 40 pictures since then, and the camera still won't open.
Secondly, i had tried to download some of the many pictures i have shot on my IPhone (great having a camera in my pocket) but the IPhoto on my older MAC powerbook G4 laptop (running OS X 10.5.8) insists on starting at the beginning of all the pictures, even though i say not to download the duplicates, and gets hung up/frozen halfway through ignoring the duplicates and freezes up, so i never get to download the new ones. Why is this? How can i choose just the new ones for I-Photo to import?

32GB iPhone 4S running iOS 5.1. I recently tried to open the camera from the lockscreen but instead of opening the camera app, the icon bounces and doesn't open. I used to be able to double-click to bring up the camera icon and open it from there. Double-clicking still brings up the icon only this time instead of a picture of just the camera there are bars above and below the camera icon. Almost like a 'holding' or disabling command.
I can access the camera app if I slide to unlock the screen and go from there. The camera works fine. Changing HDR settings made no difference and I can't find anything under settings or the camera app. I have not done a reformat but I did do a hard reset, turning the phone off and back on, and that hold camera icon still comes up.
My brand new iPhone 4s that runs iOS 5.1 won't open my camera. Everytime I click on it now the camera app just stays on the closed lens screen or it goes to a black screen. It doesn't work 75-90% of the time now. I went to my local AT&T store and they told me to do a hard restart which worked for a bit but know has no effect. My I have restored my phone plenty of times which didn't work and I have tried going in and out of Dfu mode and that also didn't work should I take it in and get a new phone? If so it hasn't been 30 days yet since my purchase but I don't want to get a refurbished phone. I have the apple care plan but I repeat I don't want a used phone.
