IPhone 5 :: Unable To Delete Music Directly Or Via PC

I am unable to delete music from my iPhone 5 either directly or via PC. On the iPhone the tracks disappear when swiping left and deleting but the phone remains full and the data is still visible on the PC. The music was installed on the phone from the backup of a previous model but with the addition of new tracks I am now unable to add more or update to the next operating system as the phone is full. On my PC the music is still there and but the neither the delete function or any form of sorting /management on the music files is functional. Other Apple products work OK including previous phone, ipad / ipods etc.

There is a music file on my iPhone 4S that I can not delete via the phone or via iTunes (iTunes does not recognize the file but I can play it via the phone directly). When I pull up the file in my "music" folder there is no "delete" option.

I have a nokia n8 and I added my music manually by drag and drop, but for some reason only some of the songs from some albums went on and some albums appear but have no songs in them at all. I can find no option for deleteing these albums off the phone it seems like a big fail in the design of the mp3 player.

I've had my photon for two days and have been unable to add my facebook account to the phone itself. I'm able to add the app and use it but I cannot directly add it like I did my google account. I have an SIII but no one seems to be viewing those forums so I thought I would ask here. I've always stored my music in folders sorted by artist and never bothered with tagging as long as the file names started with numbers. I have over 300 gigs in music so I'm not about to start tagging now. my 32 gig sd card has 4500 music files.The music player doesn't play nice with my sorting - artist view winds up showing the same artists 10 times or sorts out compiltation albums while folder view has every single album (300-400 or so) sorted alphabetically.
I would like to go into the external sd card and play directly from there. I can do that, but only a single track will play and you can't use any other apps or browse when the track plays. Am I stupid or something?This is the main reason why I've always used Cowon music players or my sansa clip, I can simply go into folders and play. I have media monkey and love it but even there I use the folder directory.

So I've got a new iPhone 5 and I'm giving my son my old 4s. I've deleted my account and got a new SIM card in it for him but when he signed in on his account( he had one from his ipad) all my email and stuff was still there. I have approx 590 MP3 music tracks on my 5230 4gb memory card and I want to delete them all and start afresh. I have deleted the playlist but obviously my music is still there. I then tried to delete all my tracks by marking them all and then deleting but I got "general system error" message. Am trying to delete too many tracks at once, or is there a way of deleting them, or formatting my memory card to clear everything? I know I could take my card out and use a PC/card reader to clean but I didn't want to remove the card if possible.

I recently bought an album from iTunes. I hate the music but I cant manage to delete the album.
1. If I delete it from iTunes it stays on my iPhone, then when I synch it comes back to iTunes.
2. If I uncheck all the songs from the album then set synch to "only synch checked songs", it still stays on my iPhone
3. If I check "backup to cloud" or "backup to computer" it doesn't make a difference!!
