My iphone stopped working. I can only see a thing white line on the screen and the screen does not respond at all although turning the phone on vibrate makes it vibrate. The screen has been cracked for some time but has worked fine until today.

Four days ago I noticed a thin black line flickering across the screen and I thought It would go away because the phone didn't drop. This morning, it became two thin black lines.I have no clue how it came about or how to fix it and its really distracting. I updated my OS to the latest one and I also updated my BBM to the 6.1 beta. The phone didn't drop, the line just came out of nowhere.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI updated my X6 thorugh NSU. Now the issue I am facing is the touch screen not working properly. Especially, the onscreen button nears edges are not pressed when I try to touch them. For example, if I select Full QWERTY keyboard in messaging, I cannot press spacebar and the entire line. When I try to touch these buttons at the bottom, the line above is pressed.
Looks like some error in screen calibration. But there is not option for calibration in X6 ( being a capacitive touch screen). What should I do now, please help? I hope its just a firmware issue since everything was working correctly on version 10 firmware. Is there any solution to fix the issue?
When I tap the email icon, I get a white screen. It doesn't show that it's loading. About a minute later the app crashes and goes back to the home screen. I tried rebooting and I updated my iOS. This happens on wifi and 4G. I was able to download the Yahoo Mail app, and that works fine.

my Blackberry screen randomly has two thin lines on its screen. It's not actually the outer screen, just the inside with the graphics. I recently noticed those lines and I just find it annoying to see.

View 3 Replies View Relatedso i dropped my iphone 4s flat on the back a few feet from the ground. so worst case should be the back is shattered. the back is shattered the front is flawless but the screen wont work. I tried a soft restart and putting it in dfu mode. nothing worked. I tried hitting it on the back to see if something jusyt got out of place but nope. When i plug my phone into my computer it senses it and syncs it but my phone keeps vibrating like it can only charge for a few seconds. W hat should i do i would rather not take it to apple and pay half the price of the phone to get it fixed. I took the back faceplate off and everything looked fine. The screen is just messed up.

This morning I turned on my iPhone 4S and it logged in fine. I got a bunch of text messages because my chats were updating and all of a sudden it started to freeze. So I turned it off to 'sleep' and tried logging in again and it wont work now I went to turn it fully off but because the touch screen isn't working, I can't swipe the 'off' part of my phone. I've plugged it in, updated it, everything I could think of, and the touch screen still won't work. Or is it time for a new phone?

I've noticed that my phone captures something and appears on the bottom a mm size whitish line, looks like its a small portion that doesn't get filtered with the rest of the picture. Couldn't find anything online about it I bet its just mine. Chance anyone sees this themselves??

After i put it into charge - then only a successful start is done. So the only solution as of now i have - is whenever my blackberry hangs - i need to remove the battery - insert it again - and immediately put it into charging via USB/Electric-Power. Even if i re-insert the battery - the white screen comes - unless and until i put it into charging Earlier i was guessing - my battery was weak.

I was recently received a brand new Bold 9700 from an aunt in Canada and I had only been using it in the UK for 3 weeks when the screen suddenly went completely white.I can still receive calls, and I can hear bbms and emails arriving but I can't see anything at all. I've have tried the battery pull many times but it still remains the same. I've been told that RIM usually offers a year's warranty on new products but because it was bought in Canada, none of the networks here in the UK are willing to take it in for repair.
