When I tap the email icon, I get a white screen. It doesn't show that it's loading. About a minute later the app crashes and goes back to the home screen. I tried rebooting and I updated my iOS. This happens on wifi and 4G. I was able to download the Yahoo Mail app, and that works fine.

I bought my bb in may. Now since a week ago it sometimes crashes the screen turns green and purple and it fades to white. I have to take out my battery and charge it without. Then when the sign of no battery shows I put it back in. When I reboot my bb without taking out the battery first it gets stuck in the process.
But the BB keeps on crashing, and the amount of crashes increase..
When I launch email on my iPhone it shows a blank screen and then just closes. Deleted my accounts and added again. I also have restarted and rebooted my phone.

My Blackberry 8520 curve suddenly hangs giving a white screen and when i restart it - the screen remains white. After i put it into charge - then only a successful start is done. So the only solution as of now i have - is whenever my blackberry hangs - i need to remove the battery - insert it again - and immediately put it into charging via USB/Electric-Power. Even if i re-insert the battery - the white screen comes - unless and until i put it into charging Earlier i was guessing - my battery was weak.

I've have tried the battery pull many times but it still remains the same. I've been told that RIM usually offers a year's warranty on new products but because it was bought in Canada, none of the networks here in the UK are willing to take it in for repair.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI have a fault with my iPhone 4s where it randomly crashes and turns off I've uninstalled recent apps to see if they were causing it but hasn't worked, it will randomly do it while using an app or browsing the net, even when recording a video I will get black marks across the screen bit like watching an old film then the whole screen freezes and just fades to black slowly, and only way to turn phone back on is to hold lock and home screen buttons together, but this doesn't always work and I find I have to leave the phone for a few hours worse case has been overnight before it will work again.. what could this be ?

Why does my 3GS have a white screen sometimes, and I have to lock the screen for it to go back to lock screen? Sometimes I have to attempt the lock screen several times, and it still doesn't work. I, then, attempt to restart it by powering it down, and the lock screen will appear again. The display goes out sometimes while I am on a call, and I can't hang up. I have to go through this hole process over and over again.

I had my IPhone in my shirt pocket. Took it out and all that shows up is a white screen. I can still answer calls if I slide my finger across the screen in the correct area, but I can not see anything but white. It comes back to normal (although it works quite slowly) when I restart it, until the screen blocks again or after I receive a phone call.
