Dec 9, 2014iphone 6 plus keeps searching singal, I have tried on/off airplane mode, reset network setting, take out sim card, even reset all, but it still doesn't work. It's been 1 more weeks.

Jun 29, 2012Just updated my Iphone 4 to 5.1.1 everything was going smooth and then all sudden at the activation screen, my iphone keeps saying it is "Searching..." I placed my sim card in the slot and still says "Searching..." took out my sim card still says "Searching...." Restored multiple times, Resetted the Phone multiple times and still "Searching..."

Jul 18, 2012I wanted to use a new sports app today but it wouldn't work correctly because the phone won't find a GPS signal. The usual icon isn't appearing and phone just remains in searching mode. I'm sure I opted to not notify people of my location through latitude but I've used the Google sat-nav since. When I go to locations services GPS satellites is unticked, I tick it and exit but everytime I go back it is unticked?

Aug 23, 2010I jailbroke my 3G using blackra1n on iOS3 and installed (IIRC BossPrefs although I could be mistaken)I used this to turn on numeric signal strength indicators (for mobile signal and wifi)I then decided to just upgrade straight to official iOS4 when it came out, thinking it would just overwrite any customisations I'd made.However, the signal strength indicators now flick between the official icons and numerical representations.I can only assume the prefs software (if it was Bossprefs) did something to the particular icons, and the official restore only restored some of them?
I've since re jailbroke iOS4 with redsn0w and found out that the prefs program I used is not compatible (it just starts to load then quits). I tried installing SBSettings and enabling and disabling numerical signal strength indicators in that, but it's to no avail.
HTC One M8 :: No Signal - Airplane Mode Turning Off Stuck
Jan 18, 2015My M8 isn't receiving signal, everything else works fine, I checked the sim card in another phone and it works.
I did notice that airplane mode is stuck tuning off.
I rooted the phone (very new to rooting) but didn't go so far as to flash a mod. I unrooted the phone back to stock. It was fine for a couple of weeks, then one day randomly lost signal.
I've tried factory resetting but no luck.

Mar 15, 2010I live in a poor reception area on the Rogers network. I've noticed that when I go into the basement the phone drops a signal pretty quickly. I am okay with this and is expected. My issue is when I get back on to the main floor, the phone does not pick up a signal again for a long time. Sometimes even toggling airplane mode doesn't work. My wife's iPhone does the same thing.
Anybody else having this problem?

T-mobile asked me to send the phone back but there is a major scratch on the screen so they told me my return warranty was void now.So far I have a $400 paper weight. Anyone fix this issue?

I have found that there seems to be no correlation between the signal strength (in dBm / asu) in Settings -> About phone -> Status and the signal bars that are shown. Often the signal bars will shoot from 1 to 5 or 6 even with really low signal ( ~97 to > 100 dBm) that doesn't fluctuate.

Jun 3, 2014A few days ago my iphone went to a activation required screen, so I activated it then after that I stopped having service. I get service everytime it goes back to the activation required screen and that doesn't let me go on any other screen, otherwise it always says it's searching in the service bar.. Iv reset all my settings restarted my phone a million times, but it doesn't seem to work. I have an iPhone 4S unlocked for tmobile under iOS 7.
