May 5, 2011My blackberry software for the laptop said there was an upgrade of the software (version 5.0 i think) so i installed it...half way through it said there was a problem with the installation.this worried me because it did state on there that if the process was interrupted then it can cause problems and may not be able to use the phone. My phone menu is all over the place now.its gone black and white and i cant find anything on there. I dont know what to do now. Ive tried to go back and remove it but i dont think its possible from my phone because the help ive looked up said that on some phones it may not be possible to remove. because im pulling my hair out now thinking that blackberry have wrecked my phone and i wont be able to use it again.

Now I am really, really starting to worry because it seems that in the next few months the TOUR 2 could be released. I am wondering if I will be able to return my Tour and get my money back, and my full upgrade and just wait for the Tour 2 to be released. If I have only had the phone for a few days, you think I will be able to switch to the Tour 2 no problem? I have sprint.

Jun 22, 2012I have been using iPhoto in order to have different photo albums on my iPhone. Well, now iOS has the option to create new albums within the Photos app. So I am hoping to be able to use this route instead of going through iPhoto since it takes a lot longer.. However, when I created the albums in iPhoto, I chose the option to delete the photos from the iPhone and just keep them in an iPhoto album and sync them that way. How do I get these deleted photos, which are still in iPhoto, back into my Camera Roll on my iPhone so I can recatagorize them again with the Photos app?

Sep 6, 2010Ok heres my problem. About 2 weeks ago i went to the Apple store because i got an iPhone 4 with probably the worst proximity sensor on the planet. Literally i hold it up to my face and dont move a muscle and the screen flashes on and off. Its literally caused me to add calls at 3 a.m and hang up on 50% of my calls. So i asked if i could swap it out and the guy working said i should wait for the software update and getting a new phone would still have the same problem. So the problem is now my 30 days is up, and what if the update doesnt fix it? Do you think theyll still let me return it? ATT store wouldnt let me swap out either.

How can I ensure they are deleted permanently? Do I need to sync to Itunes, or will that bring them back again (I have gone through and deleted yet again from my iphone but dont want them to come back) I don't want them to transfer onto my ipad so I haven't linked my ipad and iphone yet.
