Just got a x2, with swedish as chosen language in the system.I thought that a update of the phone never hurts. To my suprise the choice of swedish is now gone.How can I return to previous settings or update to a language pack containing swedish?

View 2 Replies View Relatedbought a nokia 5800 from hong kong with preinstalled chinese and english language, but my bro recently purchased a nokia 5530 from the same place, and it also has the same language packs preinstalled. however, the 5530 can view the arabic font (but not write in arabic) as in if he gets a txt messeage in arabic, but my 5800 cant? anyone knows how i cud install the arabic language pack in my 5800. i know they are already preinstalled by nokia, but since stores can do it, then there must be a way to do it!
View 8 Replies View RelatedI'm trying to learn Lithuanian, and it's a pain not being able to send messages with š č ė etc., and the pressing of the key and sliding up doesn't have those symbols yet I can see them on my phone which means they must be somewhere.
I thought installing the language pack would help. How do I go about installing Lithuanian on my 9700 (v.6.0.2949)? It's not in my list, and I cannot find it anywhere on the internet.
Have a Torch 9800 with the latest softawre (as downloaded by my network provider) and the latest Desktop software installed in my PC. My BB doesnt have the Italian language pack and i want somehow to import it. Tried to connect my device to desktop manager, then Applications (as i was indicated to do) then all my installed (from app world) applications appeared excet the Language and Input Support section (so that i choose and add the -extra- Italian language). there is nowhere i search in the desktop manager the option/selection for the Language and Input Support.

My blackberry software for the laptop said there was an upgrade of the software (version 5.0 i think) so i installed it...half way through it said there was a problem with the installation.this worried me because it did state on there that if the process was interrupted then it can cause problems and may not be able to use the phone. My phone menu is all over the place now.its gone black and white and i cant find anything on there. I dont know what to do now. Ive tried to go back and remove it but i dont think its possible from my phone because the help ive looked up said that on some phones it may not be possible to remove. because im pulling my hair out now thinking that blackberry have wrecked my phone and i wont be able to use it again.

And then when I slide out the physical QWERTY keypad, the "Language & input" settings appear in the landscape mode and then again when I slide in the keypad, the screen goes blank and none of the keys on the phone work.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI bought an X6 last week. I realized later, after signing a contract for 2 years, that the phone doesn't support Chinese or any European languages. It only comes with English and Philipino. If I get a text in Chinese, it won't display...it just displays squares. Nor can I use the keyboard to input Chinese characters.
Nokia won't provide a solution. They won't supply a software upgrade. The dealers privately tell me I would have to take it to a non-authorized repairer to get a software change or try to find some software elsewhere, maybe a torrent file or from some other untrustworthy software source.
