Xseries :: Nokia X3-02 Default Settings + App?

upgraded my X3-02 to firmware 5.60, but failed to backup before the update. The results, an empty fone with a new firmware, with everything else is now gone. The fone settings, certificates, apps, even OVI store now is not in the phone anymore.Trying hard to find all over the net to find solution for this. I thought maybe if i can at least get Ovi Store back, then i can install back all the missing apps. However its impossible to find the Ovi Store installer for X3-02 anywhere. Trying to install apps through web browser always give me certificate error. always.
I figured, maybe, just maybe, the best thing to overcome this is for someone to help me on the backup. Maybe other X3-02 user can help, if you dont mind, backup your data settings + applications into a file, and send it to me so i can restore that to my fone. dont mind any extra games@apps Some default apps (e.g: facebook) are not available to install from anywhere, isk. also i need back the missing certificates, and owh, OVI store!

This is so retarded, i get a msg come in it opens into conversation view?. I want normal Inbox view.... that means i have to close message not open it, go to menue messaging inbox? Also wants me to reply via convo view its so tiny Nokia fix this with update disable Convo view choice??

I just got an X6. I don't have experience with any other nokia smart phones.So what is the function of SIP settings under Settings->connectivity->admin settings? Is it supposed to allow you to make VOIP calls? I read in the forums that a lot other phones can be made doing so. If this is the case, how do I setup my profile? I keep on getting "registration fail"

Does anyone know how to change the default Calendar settings? Each time I schedule a meeting the time change does not reflect an hour block of time, it has the meeting begin and end at the same time. Also, I have to manually select the alarm button each time.

how to add new gprs setting (specifically for giffgaff uk) i read variuos threads that say to click on personalization and then click add new but i dont seem to have this option! my other sim is vodafone uk and it works fine but i need to manually input the settings for giffgaff.

i have reinstalled the maps, but i still get the same settings i have after i messed with them.Do you want to get all the firmware updates for your phone? Get a SIM-free one!

I have a very annoying problem with my set, it keeps after a few days resetting its self to default ringtones, I will set the ringtone I want then it will reset itself which is really testing my patience.
It has the latest firmware installed it is a simfree handset so no network firmware is on it, it is straight from the factory.

I'm using nokia x2-02 made in India. My default browser was working perfectly until few days ago i was to access the net and it prompted an update. After downloading the update i was asked if i want to keep the original data,i selected yes. Afterwards,i tried several times to open the browser and the response is conflicting apps.

My brand new Nokia X2-05 does not browse the internet. After typing any address, it behaves like it wants to load and returns "Error occurred. Unable to complete operation. (006)". I had to download and install opera mini which is what i now use in browsing but we know that opera mini closes and the default browser opens when you want to download java files. This means I can't download java files directly onto my phone. really sad.
My brand new Nokia X2-05 screen flickers intermittently, most frequently especially when i'm running java applications or games..

I think I accidentally hit a wrong key or something, because 1 minute I was able to read all sms text messages and now its only displaying saved messages and my call log has been cleared. Is there anyway to return back to setup I had of seeing both inbox and outbox combined???

Today we started spring forward in the US. When I turned on my phone, it looked so different. My X2-01's home screen was changed, the internet was gone, my phone numbers on the phone were all gone. All the default themes and tones are gone. I checked my calendar, all my appointments were gone. Even the games that originally came with the phone, they were all gone. I tried to access the Internet via Menu, no luck.I was on the phone with T-mobile helpdesk almost an hour today, no luck. They e-mailed me the Internet settings etc and I did all step by step, no luck. It looks like the phone has crashed after daylight settings. I can still make phone calls and receive text messages, but it's pretty much what only I can do. Last night all I did was turn it off before I went to bed and turn it on in the morning.

One of the main uses for my mobile phone is a music player in my car. I love listening to music from every genre, but I find that the default "None" or flat equalizer settings are pretty terrible. I've gone through the various presets available, but none of them are perfect for a wide range of musical selections. If there was one thing I couldn't complain about the iPhone, it was the audio quality. The equalizer on my iPhone was always zeroed out, but the sound quality was always great.

I have an Xperia Z3 Dual phone. I have a coorporation SIM inserted in SIM1 and a mobile net SIM for 4G connection in SIM2. That means SIM2 can't even handle phone calls, only mobile internet.
But since there isn't any options to choose default SIM for outgoing calls (ie. similar like mobile internet has already), a message pops up every time I would start a call, to choose SIM. That is really annoying considering only SIM1 can handle phone calls.
(But that would be kind the same if I'd like to use coorporation SIM for outgoing calls and use private SIM only for receiving calls...)

I have the Verizon S5 SM-G900V running 5.0, I use OK google to set up things like the days I work, Where I'm working, Who I'm working for, Dr. Appointments etc. Well when setting up these things using OK google voice command it automatically defaults to reminding only 15 minutes before the event. I need a full day notice so if someone asks me a day before hand if I'm available the next day I'll already know. Instead as it is right now if I forget I have Dr appointment it only gives 15 minutes notice and with my Dr being 45 min drive away this is just not sufficient. (MORE DETAIL) I am in fact using the google calendar on my phone and not the samsung calendar.
I have went to google calendar on my laptop clicked on the gear and went to calendar settings and changed that to default 1 day for both settings listed there and saved. I know this won't change past submissions but it didn't default to 1 day on new submissions on OK google. I even manually synced the calendar and tried again. The old phone I had (LG Exceed 2) allowed me to set a setting in the calendar settings to default events to remind 1 day in advance. But no matter where I go in the S5 (google settings,calendar settings, OK google settings) Or even web calendar settings I can't find a way to make it work?? This is a big nuisance for me to have to manually change it every time.

I have the 200MB plan and use the internet when I am ONLY on WiFi networks. However, while exploring 2.2, I recall seeing a setting that, if the WiFi connection drops, the new setting stops the Bravo from using the 3G. If the Bravo changed over to 3G to maintain the internet connection (apparently the default setting), massive data charges would be incurred. I have tried to re-discover this setting but no success to date. Any way to use / change this "WiFi to 3G" setting?

I seem to recall on my D2G that there was a setting in either Sounds or the Phone settings that would allow you to set a default in call volume. I can't seem to find that on the D4 and it would nice to have as the phone's default in call volume seems to be 100% which leads me to be continually turning down the volume on every call.
