I think I accidentally hit a wrong key or something, because 1 minute I was able to read all sms text messages and now its only displaying saved messages and my call log has been cleared. Is there anyway to return back to setup I had of seeing both inbox and outbox combined???

I've had an email address that I've used for many years on my computer (sbcglobal.net), so naturally I used that same email address on my Curve, without any problems. The other day, I decided to stop using that email address that I've been using for a long time and created a new email address with a different server (gmail.com). So now I want that new email address as my default email on my Curve. I'm having the hardest time figuring out how to delete my current email address on my Curve and change it to the new email address.
I've tried going to Default Services and changing the email, but I can't change anything. My only option is the current sbcglobal.net email. I've also tried going to email setup and logging in to change my email settings, but for some reason it's not accepting my username/password. I'm using the right username and password combination but it's saying I have the wrong u/p.
Anyone know how to restore my phone to it default settings like it was when I first bought it?

View 2 Replies View Relatedupgraded my X3-02 to firmware 5.60, but failed to backup before the update. The results, an empty fone with a new firmware, with everything else is now gone. The fone settings, certificates, apps, even OVI store now is not in the phone anymore.Trying hard to find all over the net to find solution for this. I thought maybe if i can at least get Ovi Store back, then i can install back all the missing apps. However its impossible to find the Ovi Store installer for X3-02 anywhere. Trying to install apps through web browser always give me certificate error. always.
I figured, maybe, just maybe, the best thing to overcome this is for someone to help me on the backup. Maybe other X3-02 user can help, if you dont mind, backup your data settings + applications into a file, and send it to me so i can restore that to my fone. dont mind any extra games@apps Some default apps (e.g: facebook) are not available to install from anywhere, isk. also i need back the missing certificates, and owh, OVI store!
Does anyone know how to change the default Calendar settings? Each time I schedule a meeting the time change does not reflect an hour block of time, it has the meeting begin and end at the same time. Also, I have to manually select the alarm button each time.

I love listening to music from every genre, but I find that the default "None" or flat equalizer settings are pretty terrible. I've gone through the various presets available, but none of them are perfect for a wide range of musical selections. If there was one thing I couldn't complain about the iPhone, it was the audio quality. The equalizer on my iPhone was always zeroed out, but the sound quality was always great.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have an Xperia Z3 Dual phone. I have a coorporation SIM inserted in SIM1 and a mobile net SIM for 4G connection in SIM2. That means SIM2 can't even handle phone calls, only mobile internet.

But since there isn't any options to choose default SIM for outgoing calls (ie. similar like mobile internet has already), a message pops up every time I would start a call, to choose SIM. That is really annoying considering only SIM1 can handle phone calls.
(But that would be kind the same if I'd like to use coorporation SIM for outgoing calls and use private SIM only for receiving calls...)
I have the Verizon S5 SM-G900V running 5.0, I use OK google to set up things like the days I work, Where I'm working, Who I'm working for, Dr. Appointments etc. Well when setting up these things using OK google voice command it automatically defaults to reminding only 15 minutes before the event. I need a full day notice so if someone asks me a day before hand if I'm available the next day I'll already know. Instead as it is right now if I forget I have Dr appointment it only gives 15 minutes notice and with my Dr being 45 min drive away this is just not sufficient. (MORE DETAIL) I am in fact using the google calendar on my phone and not the samsung calendar.
I have went to google calendar on my laptop clicked on the gear and went to calendar settings and changed that to default 1 day for both settings listed there and saved. I know this won't change past submissions but it didn't default to 1 day on new submissions on OK google. I even manually synced the calendar and tried again. The old phone I had (LG Exceed 2) allowed me to set a setting in the calendar settings to default events to remind 1 day in advance. But no matter where I go in the S5 (google settings,calendar settings, OK google settings) Or even web calendar settings I can't find a way to make it work?? This is a big nuisance for me to have to manually change it every time.
I have the 200MB plan and use the internet when I am ONLY on WiFi networks. However, while exploring 2.2, I recall seeing a setting that, if the WiFi connection drops, the new setting stops the Bravo from using the 3G. If the Bravo changed over to 3G to maintain the internet connection (apparently the default setting), massive data charges would be incurred. I have tried to re-discover this setting but no success to date. Any way to use / change this "WiFi to 3G" setting?

I can't seem to find that on the D4 and it would nice to have as the phone's default in call volume seems to be 100% which leads me to be continually turning down the volume on every call.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI have my atrix plugged into my car dock while driving and listening to music from it through the aux input on my stereo (through the charge lead) but when every I make or answer a call while driving, the sound defaults to the speaker on the phone and nothing can be heard. I have to press the "Speaker" button on the screen and then i can hear the person on the call without issue.

View 14 Replies View RelatedIdeally, any time I make or receive a call I'd like for the screen to be automatically turned off as if I always immediately hit the "screen on/off" button once the call was active.
To describe in more detail: I want the screen to turn off independent of how close it is to my ear. If I want the screen on, I want to have to hit the "screen on" button. This would prevent me from ever accidentally hitting screen buttons when I position the phone on my collar during calls as opposed to holding it against my head.
Yesterday, my Incredible started behaving strangely- First- when i was driving to an appointment, it turned itself off and reset itself. When it rebooted, all my settings (Home wallpaper, widgets, shortcuts) were gone. My contact shortcut page was OK, but other setting wiped.
Today, i am deleting emails from my POP3 account, and after I delete many emails, i return to my home screen. Then i can return to my email account and the same deleted emails are back! I powered the phone off, and powered it on, now my wallpaper is back to default.
Is there a way to make the new forum format remember my default settings? It seems, on no what computer or device I use, the forums can not remember the setting to sort the posts by latest activity.
