I'm using nokia x2-02 made in India. My default browser was working perfectly until few days ago i was to access the net and it prompted an update. After downloading the update i was asked if i want to keep the original data,i selected yes. Afterwards,i tried several times to open the browser and the response is conflicting apps.

View 1 Replies View RelatedMy brand new Nokia X2-05 does not browse the internet. After typing any address, it behaves like it wants to load and returns "Error occurred. Unable to complete operation. (006)". I had to download and install opera mini which is what i now use in browsing but we know that opera mini closes and the default browser opens when you want to download java files. This means I can't download java files directly onto my phone. really sad.
My brand new Nokia X2-05 screen flickers intermittently, most frequently especially when i'm running java applications or games..
This gets resolved after i turn the phone off and on but i don't want to keep doing that. When i click a link or open web browser, it opens for a few seconds then shuts down. Other browsers like skyfire work fine and other apps open fine. I have 38MB C: memory left and only have nokia messaging and memory up pro open. Any idea how to resolve this?

After updating the firmware (V31.0.004) on my X6 and then restoring the back up file, none of my games work anymore. The games are still there for me to select but will not open. When I try to get the games from the Ovi Store again a message says that the link has been sent to my phone but I don't receive it.

Since then, whenever I touch "Internet" icon in the menu (or "Store"), nothing happens, even after several minutes. The icon is highlighted as soon as I tap it, but the app never starts.I reinstalled the software but nothing happened. The fone settings, certificates, apps, even OVI store now is not in the phone anymore.Trying hard to find all over the net to find solution for this. I thought maybe if i can at least get Ovi Store back, then i can install back all the missing apps. However its impossible to find the Ovi Store installer for X3-02 anywhere. Trying to install apps through web browser always give me certificate error. always.
I figured, maybe, just maybe, the best thing to overcome this is for someone to help me on the backup. Maybe other X3-02 user can help, if you dont mind, backup your data settings + applications into a file, and send it to me so i can restore that to my fone. dont mind any extra games@apps Some default apps (e.g: facebook) are not available to install from anywhere, isk. also i need back the missing certificates, and owh, OVI store!
I got the H815 unlocked european model today and I'm having some issues with my browser. I want Chrome to be my default, and when I click on most links it is, but when I search something from the google search widget, whether I use my voice or type, if I click a link it opens in the default LG internet browser.
I went to apps and defaults, then cleared 'Internet' from being the default and when I tried another search I was asked which I wanted as default and selected Chrome.
