Mini Pro Owner, never rooted, never used cooked roms! Everything original. After updating to latest kernel my phone reset the 99% of times when I play a video filmed by the camera!
View 4 RepliesDidn't notice that every video I record after my last update , can only record audio and video the first minute or less and then for some reason playback stops but you can still listen to audio. This has happened to all my recorded videos.
Read somewhere on the internet that you have to delete DATA and clear CACHE on the Camera app, have not recorded any video since then, but will try to see if this works.
is there a way to watch flash videos with x10 mini? any update or application ? Internet and its videos.

I get black image and no sound, but the progression bar of the player shows that the video is running. It's not an issue in the codecs in my computer since I run any video file in it with no problems, including MP4 which is the same video file used by the phonI already installed all the updates available for it.

View 6 Replies View RelatedWhen shooting with the camera of my xperia mini, sometimes the image hangs for 2 or 3 seconds, and then continues to shoot normally. Random hangings happen here and then. I suspect it has to do with the focusing function, or maybe some applications working in the background. This happens even when there are not much application working in the background.

Do you need to use the Internet to view a video you have recorded yourself if it is in 4K if so how come?
And why is it not using my Internet because I have unlimited data but I am downloading something at the moment does this prevent the video getting the URL if it needs it.
It's done it about four times in the past week. It's usually when i tap on a button or function on screen. Today was when i tried to activate wifi on power widget after i'd turned my phone on. It's been really laggy recently as well but i do have a few apps installed. It shouldn't be resetting itself though.

I was loving the phone tll the screen started to freeze black during call. I tried all the buttons with no joy and the screen remained black after call. I had to remove the battery to reboot, this reset my time and date to 1980!
I've got to try using my phone for work today, old spare being repaired. I can't even hang up a call.
i have a problem with video playing. i put some video from my pc via nokia pc suite and convert it to my n97.

I've noticed when recording a video and I focus on something close the focusing noise comes through when playing the video back. When I move away from the object I can hear the camera ree focus but the buzzing is not loud. The refocusing noise is only loud when I focus on something close.
View 10 Replies View RelatedSo I just got a new SD card for my Galaxy S5. SanDisk 32GB micro. It's set up on my phone to save my pictures and videos I take to the card. It works great so far, shot lots of pictures and video over the weekend and they view and play back flawlessly on my phone.
When I got home however I uploaded the files to my computer, but the videos only play sound. The videos file type still shows mp4. The pictures are fine.
When I view previously recorded videos on my PC from my phone from BEFORE I got the SD card, they view normally with full audio/visual playback.
I'm using Windows Media Player.
Ergo it's obviously something with the new card. Codec perhaps?
I use xperia z3, I loaded from SD card avi and mkv film, but when I play video app, voice behind, view next, I used mx player same, I used bs player voice and view stabil but slow, I played SD card same, i played internal memory same, I can't play film, I try another phones, no problem. I try wipe reset, try another film formats, but problem same.

When I look in my gallery it shows the video is there but I can't play the video. Every time I click the video it says "Warning: media file type not supported". View 16 Replies View RelatedI recorded a 2 minute video with the BB without issues but when I tried to play it back, I received the message 'the media being played is of an unsupported format'.,The recorded video has a .3gp file extension, rather than an mp4, why? .3gp is not listed as a supported video file. the media card is a 32gb sdhc card I just formatted and saved music and pictures to without problems. What is happening here? Is the phone recording in a format that is cannot play? Can the video recording format be changed, say to mp4? I have no problems playing you tube videos etc., its only the recorded videos.
There is a demo video on the phone in mp4 and it plays fine. Will appreciate your advice. Anne
PS I just shot another 30sec video and the phone completely froze when I tried to play it. Took out battery to get it going again. Still receiving the same message
