When shooting with the camera of my xperia mini, sometimes the image hangs for 2 or 3 seconds, and then continues to shoot normally. Random hangings happen here and then. I suspect it has to do with the focusing function, or maybe some applications working in the background. This happens even when there are not much application working in the background.
View 1 RepliesEven though I can take photos, whenever I try to shoot video it focuses and then nothing happens - the timer stays at zero. My 1020 I'd fresh out of the box today. This happened both when I tap the screen, tap the video button, or press the camera button on the side. The Windows video app works, but I need to use Nokia video for the editing capabilities ( plus it's just better, I upgraded from a 920 so I'm not new to Windows devices).

View 6 Replies View RelatedI got a txt earlier and when I went to reply to the msg the phone vibrated and entered the video camera mode, I exited the camera and before I had a chance to do anything the same thing happened again and in now happening non stop, turning the phone off removing the battery and powering up again and its still happening, as soon as I unlock it it goes straight to the camera.

View 2 Replies View Relatedi bought a new x10 mini pro. it comes with 2gb card. i used it for sometime. it was just awesome. then i thougt of upgrading it. i bought a 8gb micro sdhc card. i started using it.. and from the first day.. it made my phone heavy. it restarts. hangs up. screen times out. nothing is visible i click photos they are shown corrupted in the album. i went to the service center they asked for updation of software and charged me also. but it also didn't work up. i restored my phone to facotry settings.. and formatted the card too. when i used the same card with some other phone it was good enough. it just hangs up my phone. while listening to the music also it stops working the phone restarts.

View 9 Replies View RelatedMy X10 mini/pro hangs all the time. It hangs during following conditions -
1. Receiving calls - kept phone idle for some time. Getting a call on the phone.. and stuckkk!!! It hangs, just like that. Screen does not respond at all to the touches. And cannot pick the incoming call at all.
2. Already on a call - already on a call and get another incoming call.. trying to hold first call and pick up second. But again.. STUCKK!! Cant do anything since the screen does not repond.
When the phone hangs, cannot evne shut it down since shutting down requires you to hold the shut down button - which gives Menu (silent, airplane mode, shutdown etc.) and you cant select Shutdown option since the screen is not responding to touch.
So only thing you can do is remove the battery and put it back. This worked for some time, but now I have replace battery 2 to 3 times before the phone starts responding to touch again.
I read of some forums that other people too have faced this issue and even software/firmware upgrade has not worked. Is this issues due to a bad piece or with all X10 mini/pros?
I just got my C5 last few days and I notice whenever i'm shooting a video, the phone is restarting. I tried looking for a new updates by using phone software but it not available yet.So, is there anything that I can do? It quite annoying when the phone restarting itself while shooting video.

I only have the 16GB so I am thinking I will need to transfer a day's worth of video to a laptop I intend on bringing on the trip.Will I be able to 'empty' the iPhone's daily videos to iTunes on this laptop without screwing up anything related to my home iMac/iTunes/iPhone setups? Is there any additional steps I need to perform on the laptop before I go?

Microsoft Sweden tells me the video-app does not support external microphones and do not have any solution getting around the problem.
This just can't be right?! Why having a high-end phone with a beautiful camera and USB OTG and do not letting it to support external microphones in video???? In situations like this I actually feel a bit stupid not going for an iPhone.
Have Microsoft simply forgotten to unlock something in the code for the video-app? It just don't make any sense.
The Icon seems to shift white balance back and forth a lot while shooting video? I have it set to auto white balance and it seems to shift even when I'm not moving it around.

View 2 Replies View RelatedWhen I press the button on the microphone on my MH700 headset it does not answer the call but instead hangs up like sliding the red icon on the screen rather than sliding the green one. This is opposite to the behaviour of the headseet delivered with the phone and obviously not the way I expect it to work. The MH700 is supposed to be compatible with the Xperia series according to the packaging. Is there a way to change the behaviour through any phone settings, or is this something I have to accept?

View 4 Replies View Relatedone year ago i purchased X2-00 and firmware was V4.80, with that firmware camera view was very crystal clear but as soon as i updated to V8.35 shooting quality of camera became very bad. Those pictures which i shoot was looking very hazy, you can say fuzzy also. It really downgraded the camera quality. Few of my friends are also facing same problem.So, is their any other way to downgrade firmware to old version V4.80? or to release a new one to correct the camera quality?

View 4 Replies View Related1. If I choose the 'video' icon from the menu (in the menu where you find 'Browser', 'Settings' etc.) this is always empty. Videos taken with the phone itself always appear under 'Album', where you also see the pictures taken with the camera.
How do I move videos to the 'Video' icon and can I create subfolders to organize them?
2. If I connect the phone to my pc (it is displayed as drive i: phone_card) and I copy a video to i:I:video, after discaonnecting I cannot find this video on my phone. How do copy a video file to the phone and where do I find it on the phone?
