My phone (Z5 compact) occasionally rebooted itself without reason.I decided reinstall software based on information what i found in the internet. Everything went good till Google account verification.I used only one Google account in my phone, that is also last synchronized account.The problem is phone says: "It's not one of that phone users account".

View 24 Replies View RelatedI have a blackberry bold 9000, recently ive been having some problems with it, i did a routine battery pull while the phone was frozen, when it rebooted the arm on the loading screen went around twice then the phone rebooted again, it repeatedly does this until the phone dies, if i hook it up to the charger....same outcome, i am a poet and have months of work stored in the memos, and have about 90 numbers that werent saved on the simcard, i took the simcard out and the memory card, i have done pretty much everything i wus ever told to do as far as fixing it, i plan on buying an bold 9700 but i still must retrieve my contacts and memos can anyone give me any tips as far as fixing it, or atleast tell me how to get my memos and contacts off, thanks for your time and consideration.
View 7 Replies View RelatedMy 3 day old Z3 rebooted to factory settings while having it in my pocket. I was out for a five hours walk and have used it serveral times during the walk to take photos. They were stored on the SD card. Battery was on 73%. At the end of my trip I noticed it asked for my pin code to unlock the sim card. I used my newly set pincode for simcard and it worked fine. The telephone was set up with screenlock as well, but that has disapeared together with all my installed programs and my photos and videos on the SD card.

View 4 Replies View RelatedMy wife has a Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray, bought it roughly a month ago. After we updated her phone to ICS through PCC it occationally starts ringing for no reason. It has happened two times in the ~2 weeks she had ICS.The screen does not show anything special during the ringing sound, when the screen is unlocked we can just see the homescreen, no notifaction, nothing.The ringing is the "Sony Ericsson" ringtone and for what it is worth my wife is not using that ringtone for anything, not for incoming calls, notifications or alarms.The only way to stop the ringing seems to be to drag down the "top bar" which shows the clock, battery, signal strength, notifications and so on.
The presented solution seems to be chosen because they believed that it was only one isolated user having the problem. I however do believe that it is a software bug in the Xperia Ray ICS version.
After the update my Z2 keeps making notification sounds for no reason. It happens in airplane mode too, and its really getting on my nerves. I check the phone expecting to see a text message or an email or something else, but nothing is there. Ting, ting, ting until I turn the sound off and miss the calls and notifications that I actually want.

I'm wondering if it's normal (new phone software bugs) or if my phone has a hardware problem. I hate to return devices. so if it's just a software bug and others are experiencing it, I'm OK with that. I did a search and nothing came up, and I haven't seen it mentioned in any review.
I have my Xperia Ray updated to 4.1.B.0.431 just after I bought it, it was working fine at first. However, not knowing when did the problem start, the screen occasionally turns on and off automatically as if I press the power button. The screen turns on and off for exactly 5 times every time and this repeats for like every 10mins. The problem will solve if I restart my phone but the problem comes again whenever it likes. Could this related to any apps (task killer, etc...) I have installed? Or some bugs or something in the system? This could seriously drain my battery flat if the problem left not noticed.
View 2 Replies View RelatedOccasionally when I receive incoming calls the connection is terrible, the callers voice is garbled and choppy beyond recognition and the caller hears the same on the other end. I think the problem is that the voice signal is not being decoded correctly. It happens randomly at least once per day.

I logged on to my Live account and there is a device back up on there but how do I install it back to the phone. I hope my contacts are stored in there. Anyways when the phone rebooted i went through the how set up process and it new installed it. Its like a factory fresh phone. No app, no contacts, nothing.

View 3 Replies View Relatedi've tried installing the updated ovi maps 3.04 several times now and each time i launch the app it will cause the screen to fade, then i get red, blue and green lines, then the phone reboots. i initially did the upgrade from 3.03, that version worked great, and as soon as it finished and i launched the app is crashed the phone. rebooted a few times and same thing, did a soft reset and same thing. then i completely wiped the phone, formatted the storage, hard reset, installed my must have apps like mfe, joikuspot premium, opera mobile, nimbuzz, facebook and Internet, then installed ovi maps............same thing. so now i'm going to do it all over again and install the maps first, then start installing apps one by one. i'm sure it's an incompatibility between ovi maps 3.04 and one of my apps. i'm not sure why though because 3.03 worked just fine with even more apps installed, and it's not like any of the apps i installed were betas. well after some additional testing i've narrowed the problem down to an incompatibility between ovi maps 3.04 and the current version of joikuspot premium downloaded from their website. i wiped the phone, installed the new version of ovi maps, and the app functioned as expected. i then downloaded and installed the current version of joikuspot premium directly from their website, registered it, launched it, then shut it down. then i tried launching ovi maps again. the application came up but after 5 to 10 seconds i got color streaks across the screen then the phone rebooted. i continued to do this each time i tried to launch the app. then i uninstalled joikuspot, rebooted, and launched ovi maps and it worked just fine. i then tried installing some of my other apps i use like opera mobile, mfe, nimbuzz. all those functioned just fine and ovi maps continued to work. i then reinstalled joikuspot, rebooted, registered, etc.... and ovi maps started crashing again. then again i uninstalled joikuspot, rebooted, and ovi maps started working again.

When I rebooted my PC (xp sp3) and launched again Ovi suite I had no problems but now Ovi can't see my N82, while PC and phone are connected! One time I somehow got Ovi to see N82 but I had to add it as a new device, even if I already did before.

View 7 Replies View RelatedYesterday I updated my phone to CyanogenMod(CM)13.0 which went fine. However when I rebooted the phone a popup came up the entire time telling me that google play services stopped working. In an attempt to fix it, I accidently removed google play services, causing a bunch of trouble at the moment.
I went to the CM Wiki and first I downloaded the "nano" variant of the GAPPS, trying to fix everything in the end. I put the file on my phone and tried to install it via recovery. This message came up however.Insufficnt storage space available in system partition. You may want to use a smaller GAPPS package or consider removing some apps using GAPPS-config ( bla bla) Error code 70. As far as I can see, it is able to mount /system and /data, but the partition does not seem to have enough space left, at least so it says.
After that I tried the same with the "pico" variant, which also gave the same result. Pretty strange for a package that small.So after taking a backup of important files I tried to wipe data/factory reset (was going to reinstall everything), to which I got an error "data wipe failed", which is correct since I can still boot in CM13 after that. So I'm a bit in trouble here. I cannot seem to wipe my phone entirely, nor am I able to reinstall GAPPS due to this error 70. Could this be a permissions problem somehow? Things I have done so far to check what the problem could be:
- I've checked the space left on the /system partition which is 501 MB. Should be enough I guess?
- I've checked the /system partition for errors via adb shell while the phone was in recovery mode, which came out clean.
I rebooted my phone last week through icloud and my contact list is now gone. How do I get it back?

Very annoying, as I rely on my phone for work e-mails that I must respond to quickly, but when this option turns itself off, obviously I do not get any alerts.This happened under 2.3.4, and is stilll happening after a reset and upgrade to 4.0.4
After I did factory setting and updated the software, the phone still restart by itself without any reason.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI am a new Blackberry user. I have only had my Tour for about a month. The Tour has been amazing and ran really well up till about 2 days ago. At that time it started to take at least 30 seconds to acknowledge I did anything. I would move the scroll ball and it would take 30 seconds to move. I would click on my text icon and it would take a minute to load my texts i would click on a new text and it would take 30 seconds to load it. I had to pull my battery out and put it back (6 - 8 min restart of the phone..) at minimum of 5 times throughout the day for it to even run.That is when I started noticing that it was also draining my battery like no other. I fully charged my batter yesterday afternoon/evening and unplugged it, when to bed (didn't use it except for maybe 10 outgoing and incoming texts) slept from 12am to 630am and my phone is DEAD! I didn't have ANY apps running, the phone was just on and not in use - whatsoever.
Does anyone know why or know what to do? We all know how "helpful" tech support can be, so I'm trying to avoid calling them by coming here.
I have the EE variant of the G920F galaxy s6 in the UK. At least once a day the phone will reboot for no apparent reason what so ever. This has been since the 5.1.1 update, I have factory reset and cleared cache and it still happens. Thinking of flashing the international software to see if it happens with that.

View 5 Replies View RelatedI've gotten a SonyEricsson Xperia cellphone recently, it is working very well, only issue is it's display become on and off repeatedly,when it's sitting some where in sleep mode (blank light), starts to make the display on and off, whithout any reason. I changed the time out setting few time, but still is the same. Sometimes I think about effects of other cellphones around mine, but I'm nut sure, even if they are effecting I can not change the situation.
