My xperia z3 shuts down after using it for 2 or 3 minutes, then it starts to restart, without any pressing on the power button. it becomes very warm after 10 minutes. i can just break through the circle Holding the power button and the 'louder' button for a few seconds, until it vibrates 3 times. in the morning it worked normally, middays the problem was there.. what can i do?

bought a ray acouple of days ago, updated the phone through the pc companion. the phone then started to shut its self down and restart when in an area of low signal. if i bring the phone back into an area with better coverage there is no problem.

I have had my blackberry for 20 monthsI can have my blackberry curve 9300 3G on charge ALL NIGHT and still the next day when I unplug the charger the battery only lasts 2 or 3 hours at the most. I take the battery out and do a restart red light comes on then nothing, plug in it to charger thinking the battery could be flat, still doesn't come to life, once again take the battery out sim out give it the magic tap, put it back to gather a gain, still nothing. Then all of a sudden it decides to come on redlight, blackberry loading bar, security check then its on, very strange, this happens several times a day.

View 8 Replies View RelatedI recently upgraded my OS on my curve 8520 and now i hear static when talking with someone for a few minutes and thte screen goes white. I have to take out the battery and plug it in to turn it back on or it stays stuck on the white screen and is non-responsive. I like the new features on the upgrade but I think it is what is draining my battery not even sure if it is the battery. I used to hear beeps when the batter would die and the battery indicator would start to show in red. Since the upgrade again I hear static and the phone goes white. What can I do to fix this. I can't operate like this it is dangerous and I travel alot.

I don't know if it's coincidence or not, but I tried changing the lock code so I could lock my phone, and right as I entered the default 12345 and then it asked me for a new code, I put in the new code and it restarted. I figured it was just the phone updating itself. Then, the phone began restarting randomly, and sometimes it restarts multiple times before it stays put for an hour or two... Only to start the process all over again.When it restarts, the Nokia logo doesn't have the holding-hands thing. The screen turns white, sometimes the Nokia in blue letters appears, but never the hand-holding.I know some people have had this problem with the E5-00 and I'm wondering what I can do. I tried updating the software - twice - and no dice.

If I set the screen timout to never timeout, the music player keeps playing. Is this a problem with all Atrix's or just mine? Also, while I have your ear, how do I actually SHUT THE MUSIC PLAYER? View 8 Replies View RelatedMy wife has a Sony Ericsson Xperia Ray, bought it roughly a month ago. After we updated her phone to ICS through PCC it occationally starts ringing for no reason. It has happened two times in the ~2 weeks she had ICS.The screen does not show anything special during the ringing sound, when the screen is unlocked we can just see the homescreen, no notifaction, nothing.The ringing is the "Sony Ericsson" ringtone and for what it is worth my wife is not using that ringtone for anything, not for incoming calls, notifications or alarms.The only way to stop the ringing seems to be to drag down the "top bar" which shows the clock, battery, signal strength, notifications and so on.
The presented solution seems to be chosen because they believed that it was only one isolated user having the problem. I however do believe that it is a software bug in the Xperia Ray ICS version.
I've gotten a SonyEricsson Xperia cellphone recently, it is working very well, only issue is it's display become on and off repeatedly,when it's sitting some where in sleep mode (blank light), starts to make the display on and off, whithout any reason. I changed the time out setting few time, but still is the same. Sometimes I think about effects of other cellphones around mine, but I'm nut sure, even if they are effecting I can not change the situation.

After the update my Z2 keeps making notification sounds for no reason. It happens in airplane mode too, and its really getting on my nerves. I check the phone expecting to see a text message or an email or something else, but nothing is there. View 1 Replies View RelatedDuring the first month of using my Xperia pro, I was very happy with my battery: while being completely idle, the phone spent only about 1% of battery every 2 of even 3 hours. However, last month this suddenly changed to 5% every hour (in airplane mode!), without installing any applications. Actually, right after charging, the battery behaved well for several hours, and then, for no obvious reason, started the drain. Things got worse lately, and I rarely see the good behavior any more.
I tried using apps like BetterBatteryStats and CpuSpy and noted that during the drain periods my phone does not enter deep sleep state at all (i.e. it is awake 100% of the time). BBS ("Raw kernel wakelocks") reported that bq24185_watchdog_lock was active for the whole time (hours!); no other processes or wakelocks took more than few seconds. This bq24185_watchdog_lock seems to be related to the battery charge management hardware (see [URL]). How to restore the initial battery behavior. Removing the battery for a couple of minutes does not work. I have the official kernel and that my phone is not rooted.
