This is the second issue I have had with my Z2 since getting it in May, the first issue was a self cracking back that Sony at first refused to repair under warranty, eventually they did.
Now, after finally deciding to use the phones waterproof feature today I am having another issue. I submersed the phone in my backyard pool (no chlorine) and recorded a snapchat message for about 10 seconds. I pulled it out, dried it off and carried on. I then went to take a photo normally about an hour later and I noticed a ton of vapour or condensation on the inside of the camera lens, great. Then about an hour and a half after that, the phone started vibrating and has not stopped since. It's been about 2 hours. It stops everynow and again for a few seconds, then it just goes off it charts again, and it is so annoying.
Yes, I turned it on and off, it just continues to vibrate. I tried to hard reset it, pushed the red button down, it just turns off, doesn't actually restart. Of course all the covers were sealed, I'm not stupid, I look after my electronics.
I just received my DK36 charger for my Xperia Z2 (purchased on eBay from a reputable seller in original packaging), and it won't charge continuously.
After docking the phone the charging notification light goes on and the charging symbol shows up, and this lasts for about a minute. Then it stops & starts charging for about a minute, with the notification light turning off & on, before resuming a normal charge again. This cycle repeats itself ad nauseum.
At first I thought it might be a bug with Smart Connect, because I created a night profile to turn on the Desk Clock, but it is still happening with Smart Connect disabled.
i bought a new xperia z3+ dual sim last week , i experienced sudden restarting again again without any reason.its happened in certain interval of time.
My Xperia Z5 continually heating up after boot then it going to Sleep of dead i have to reset by put the power botton and volume up to boot my Xperia again. Iit take about 3 minutes before going to dead after boot.
I live in Curitiba, Paraná. I've been complaining about a Sony Xperia smartphone Z3. I purchased 15 days. The same has been exposed to splashing water (shower), which is acceptable because the equipment is designed for these situations splashes and even submersion, to its limits of course, had the same problems on the 09/08/15 03: 29 am began an endless vibration, even turning off the machine vibration remained and after endless vibration, 05:00 am it stopped and did not return to vibrate, but began another breakdown, celebrates open the camera unintentionally, the which it was in this condition when I got to this point of the complaint, (5:15 am) and so far did not return open.
I believe it is a problem in sealing the camera button, as it was for him that the problem manifested itself. I now believe that if there was water into the unit, the motherboard was damaged, so need immediate replacement device, for me the device is an essential commodity. I look forward soon return Sony's what should I do in this situation, since the device has addiction but not stopped operating (for now).
My phone shuts off and it vibrates and when I put the battery back in it just vibrates and shut off then it freezes and shut off but it mainly keep vibrating and shutting off
I just got the Z5 for some days ago. Although, when the phone produces sounds it's vibrating unwillingly. If I raise the volume, I feel the vibration more and more. I find this annoying because if I watch a video or playing a game the phone is constantly vibrating if I chose to have sound on. Is this normal, or is it some kind of defect on my phone? *Also, is it normal the phone goes extremely hot by playing some games for just a couple of minutes?
What to do? I tried to remove the battery, then reset it, and powered on new Sony Ericsson Elm many times but the cell seems to be hanged continuously.
So my LG G3 is almost a year old and recently it had an issue which started about a week ago, where it kept restarting every time I opened Snapchat. This gradually increased over time to the point where I got so frustrated I ended up uninstalling the app. However, my phone continued to restart which lead to me realizing that Snapchat wasn't the actual cause of the problem. So I did some research and came across different possible solutions but unfortunately none of them worked :/ One post I found suggested it might be the battery but I'm still not sure. Earlier today my phone restarted but on a loop and I ended up factory resetting it, which I hoped would solve the issue.
So I just got out to LA for my 17 day vacation and 2 days in, my 1520 decided to just continuously reboot itself.
I took it to a Microsoft store today and the tech attempted to use the software recovery tool. But he plugged it into a PC so it never got enough power to even boot up to the home screen and he told me there was nothing he could do.
If if I plug it into the wall, it'll boot up to the home screen for about 20 seconds and then just shut off and boot right back up and do the same thing.
Would a hard reset with 2% battery be a bad idea? I really don't want to use my upgrade right now with windows 10 devices right on the horizon.
The phone vibrates when audio is playing even through bluetooth. It's moving around my desk while Pandora is playing. How do I turn this vibration off? I already took off the Haptic feedback and all the feedback for that matter.
My phone froze on me at the gim yesterday.I was listening to music over blue tooth, receiveing and sending mails, and using Jefit Pro.I was registering a set, when a mail came in and my phone froze! But it was still vibrating from the mail so it was still shaking in my hand.None of the buttons worked, nor a long press on the power button. I ended up doing a battery reset.
after fixing the back/menu keys problem and updating my xperia by them in service center, now my problem is, when i touch the keys in message, or typing, it vibrate. Even when i typing in the browser, search, phone number, etc. it vibrate.
I tried all the options in sound settings, I tried all the options in the vibrate, but still the same.
It keeps vibrating 24/7. As long as the screen is active the phone is vibrating. It only stops when the screen goes off, but then again, when I try to activate it, IT WONT LET ME MOVE THE CURSOR, because it is vibrating. If I take out the battery (I cant switch it off otherwise).
My battery had drained off completely since then the phone is getting switched off n on on its own. tried charging battery by switching off the power . Even on full charged battery the phone keeps getting switched on n off .
Just did the new download and ever since the phone rebooted. It is vibrating every 15-30 seconds and doing this faint tone sound. I have check the sounds and have turned the phone off and then on again.

Just had a new issue with charging, had the update last night and when I am charging it today it continuously pops up battery low whilst on charge, I checked charger on my old HTC and all OK but keeps waking the Z5P every 10 or so seconds....
my x10 backlight keeps coming on every minute when charging. I've noticed it happens when the battery is charged at 99%. The backlight will go out and come back on in exactly one minute. Wi-Fi,Bluetooth, GPS, Sync, everything is off.
Here's my probelem and as i have read around the problem never has been helped out. Oke after i have flashed my phone from 1.6 to 2.1 i never had any problems. but when i updated my phone from 2.1 using PC Companion to 2.3.3. the phone just died. It keeps hagging in flash mode and after like 10 sec it vibrates and won't stop until the bat is dead. What i have done: I have tried to flashing it using the flash tools with many firmwares nothing worked, then i have used the SEUS repair function but when i use that it only wants to flash it to 2.3.3 and doesn't repair it, unless the repair is only reflashing and without whipe user data then it didn't work. Oke anyone with ideas? There are like 3 other people with the same problem and i think we all have an X10i So? The unbrickable phone has a weakness...
I had my Samsung SCH R451c hooked up to data USB cord and when I unplugged it it shut off, it continuously trys to power on but never does. I took the battery out, but no luck.
I have the next problem. My xperia x8 restarts after the sony Ericsson animated logo continuously. I have tried the "update service", but I keep having the same problem.
how I can change the incoming text message from running continuously to a once off notification sound and screen icon in the normal way for all other cellphones I have had
In the phone camera, the video recording settings I change do not stay when I switch apps. I changed the photo and focus settings and whenever I switch apps or exit the settings remain. But this does not happen in the video recording app. I change settings to single focus and steady shot off but whenever I leave the video app and return it goes back to default face focus and steady shot on.
