LG G3 :: Phone Is Getting Switched On / Off Continuously Even On Full Charged Battery?
Sep 22, 2015
My battery had drained off completely since then the phone is getting switched off n on on its own. tried charging battery by switching off the power . Even on full charged battery the phone keeps getting switched on n off .
I have experienced an unusual problem on my HTC One. My device does not get charged at all on switched on condition even if I change cables or any other charging adaptors. It does not show anything even if I connect to the computer via USB cable. But when I switch off the device and plug into the ac power, first it shows bright red led indicator and sign of the battery for 9-10 seconds, then the brightness of led indicator decreases and at the same time it shows battery charging with battery percentage for 6-7 seconds then led indicator and sign of battery goes off completely.
Again after 4 seconds same process happens. It took about 8 hours to charge the battery from 20%-100% on Switched off condition. I did factory reset, battery calibration (I connected charger for 10-15 mins in switched off condition, then I pressed and hold power button, volume up and volume down button for 2-3 mins which repeatedly restarted the handset) as well but the problem is same.
My phone was fully charged but suddenly turned off . I googled this and most of the responses I got was to reset the phone by holding onto the on/off button and the home button for 15 seconds. Only the problem is my on/off button is broken...
I have tried plugging the charger in but still no luck...
I have a blackberry 9300 3G curve with OS 6. Since past two days my battery is draining off very fast. I have changed the battery but the problem still exists. Even if i switch off the phone and switch it on again the battery is discharged.
I have only basic blackberry apps + facebook + whats app + google maps only. Rest i have uninstalled.
I have a BB Torch, which I bought new about a month ago. It works fine except that the battery has now started running out quickly (after about 16hrs from a full charge) , even when the phone is switched off overnight.
I have removed two new apps that I thought might be the problem (Add Contact and Data monitor app), but it has not really made any difference. I have since followed the advice on this Forum to dim the screen and reduce the timeout.
I have a Lumia 900 from MTN South Africa. I am unable to get the phone charged after the battery drained out two days ago. This is a major problem that needs to be rectified by Nokia and Microsoft. It is also perplexing that the phone has to come on when it is charging and even more irritating is that to set an alarm, the phone needs to be on all night. Come on Microsoft get this right other Symbian Nokia alarms work perfectly even when the phone is switched off. I have been a faithful Nokia user for ten years. I am now considering switching to Samsung or Apple or if they merge, an Applesammy!
My Samsung S6 is only a month old. Hasn't had a problem with it once an all of a sudden went to pick it up an i couldn't turn it on, Plugged it into the charger an still not able to turn it on. The charging signal doesn't even turn on. What can i do?
I got a Samsung Galaxy S5 yesterday (moving over from a windows phone) and it's taking some getting used to. The lack of a 'silent' function is annoying, but the part that is strange is the fully charged notification.
I suffer from insomnia and I finally got to sleep last night, only to be woken up by the phone vibrating to let me know it was fully charged. I wasn't able to get back to sleep for hours then, and I'm dreading it happening again tonight! How can I turn this notification off?
One annoying issue with the G3 is that it will beep when the battery is full and often continue beeping every so often. It's quite annoying. I have my phone set to silent at night to avoid this behavior. Is the G4 plagued with the same issue?
My iphone 4s battery was dead, so I replaced a battery bought over internet. Now when I charge the phone ( using usb cable plugged to the power outlet on the wall) on right top corner it displays "battery is charged" (battery icon with a plug) but % of charge remains at 5%.
i have a blackberry bold 9700 v 5.0.0.862 ( bundle 1446, platform 5.1.0.175 I fully charged my battery monday night, unplugged it before going to sleep. When i woke up the phone was turned off, when i turned on i got a white screen with a battery with a red line through it but no blackberry loading screen.I didn't know what was wrong so i plugged phone in to charge a bit. when there was no change i unplugged it and held the power button. After many many many attempts to turn it back on finally i got the BB loading screen. The battery had full power when I finally got it turned back on.I used the phone throughout the day but come suppertime the battery was still full so i went to a friends. Halfway through dinner the phone displayed " BATTERY DRAINED TURNING OFF HANDHELD " .
Got home plugged in, turned back on and battery was 50%. I charged it to 100% and unplugged it before going to sleep. Woke up this morning to ringing phone i answered it had the chance to say hello then it displayed " BATTERY DRAINED TURNING OFF HANDHELD " !!! Went to turn back on got the battery screen again , finally after an hour or more of trying to turn back on it finally loaded and guess what?? THE BATTERY IS SITTING AT 100%!!I don't know what's going on but my phone keeps saying the battery is drained and the phone turns off but the battery is still full.
i charged my iphone overnight and it is turned off. i noticed for the past few days that the plug symbol when an iphone is fully charged never appears. the iphone seems to be still charging. but when i turn on my phone it says that it is 100% charged. why wouldnt the charging symbol change into the full plug symbol when fully charged?
Just had a new issue with charging, had the update last night and when I am charging it today it continuously pops up battery low whilst on charge, I checked charger on my old HTC and all OK but keeps waking the Z5P every 10 or so seconds....
My HTC One is only about 8 months old and just recently the battery needs to be charged multiple times per day. I set it so the % shows and if seems to be losing about 1% every minute or few minutes while in use. I close all apps when I'm finished, and I'm usually only messaging. My battery usage information shows some apps using about 1% of the battery while the android system itself is using 93% of the battery. I have enabled power saver and also turned off everything except mobile data. I also applied some tips I read about to preserve battery life. Nothing seems to work. Is this a common issue with the 4.3 update or should I be taking my phone in to my provider and asking them to fix it (since it is still under warranty)....
My husband's 4s will not power up at all. Battery has charge. Tried to connect to iTunes but it could not "find" the phone. On vacation and nearest apple store is over an hour away.
hi.My battery died few weeks ago, i bought a new one and a new AC wall charger..but when this new one battery is charged almost 85-90% the OS restarts..i tried updating firmware but same problem yet.any solutions?fw v5.0.0.822 (package 1385, 5.2.0.76)
Overheated and bought a new battery. Came at 12%. Phone boots but when I plug it in to charge it, lightening bolt never appears.
Shut the phone down and plug it in to charge it. The battery with the lightening bolt appears on the screen, with no percentage, then disappears. This happens repeatedly and battery never charges.
I have: 1) Cleaned the ports 2) Factory reset 3) Tried a different cable 4) Tried booting in safe mode (won't charge) 5) Left the phone for an hour (it just did the same thing... battery appears, disappears the whole time)
I have recently noticing That my phone cuts out and switches off when the battery gets too 10% and I have also noticed that when my phone gets too 100% the network and wi-fi turn off why is this napping? I have done battery pulls on my 9810 updated software and done a security wipe..
My Blackberry Curve 9300 is shutting down when the battery is charged. It can shut down at any time, and it is important for family contact reasons that my phone is available at all times. I can only restart the phone when the battery charger is plugged into the phone. It will not restart without it. Should I be replacing the battery with a new one?
I am currently using ip4, iOS5.1. The problem I am having now is when my phone is fully charged, it just can't last long. I left my phone idle and without using it, it will automatically turned off. When I turned it on, the battery shown a value (example: 16 %), after a while, it shows higher battery life value (example: 32%). Then after some time, it automatically turned off again. Is this battery problem or software problem?
Every night before I go to sleep I turn off my Blackberry curve and then turn it back on in the morning. However, just lately when I go to turn it back on it won't switch on, even though the battery was fully charged when I turned it off, leave it overnight and it won't turn back on. It has happened for a week now. If I turn it off at any other time and turn it back on it is fine, just overnight I have the problem. The only way I can turn it back on is by plugging it in. Is there anything that I can do? Do I need a new battery?
I bought xperia mini a month ago..worked fine til now bt since a week, phone gets switched off even with 22% battery remaining..also gets charged quite quickly..I have not installed ne apps since 10 days n dis prob started suddenly on its own..Also,since that time, even if the screen is locked, screen backlight gets on,on its own..(i dont use wifi at all, gprs also is off most of the time).
I have just purchased my new Nokia N97 Mini phone within two months. Unfortunately, I had three times for not start-up failure of my phone. After I charged up the battery of my phone fully, my phone was suddenly shut it down. Afterward, I could not start up the phone with 'Nokia' word white screen only.
I went to Nokia Care Centre for repairing three times, but they could not find the root cause. Even they changed with the motherboard of my phone.
