Oct 13, 2014
I bought Sony Xperia Z2 a few weeks ago.. im noticing that in the night when i take pictures ,specially portraits ,they r very blur & not upto the mark.. in the daylight camera works fine...but nights pics look very bad.. no sharpness n clarity at all .
Also i have noticed that the moment camera takes picture its pretty clear but after some processing for about few seconds the image looks very soft n blur. i have tried all the modes n scenes n 20mp shots also.

The camera result is not much good in night with flash. The picture will get blur after clicking the image. So is there any setting to increase the result in night mode.
When I'm using the front camera as it saves the actual image doesn't seem to be as clear as the imagine on the screen itself. Also when using it in certain lighting conditions it seems very grainy.
I updated my mini pro yesterday night. Overall response is fast.Camera application is looking weird with limited functions. The 2.3.4 version of camera application shoots better pictures than the updated camera application. Camera window opens and shows up the visuals as if they are zoomed in by default despite not using zoom in feature.I'm disappointed with this update of camera functions.
I bought a Sony Ericsson Elm on June 28, 2010. Some of the pictures taken by the camera have a red line (and sometimes another blue line can be seen) in the center. Does this depend on the lighting conditions? The line seems to appear whenever the focus is on a dark object and can also been slightly seen in lighter areas. The lines appear continuously while shooting a video. And also, when I was shooting a video the other day, the phone just froze after I stopped recording. I had to remove the battery manually in order to get the phone working. Is there some problem with my mobile or are there any adjustments to be made to make those red lines disappear from pictures?
I just have bought a Nokia X2 mobile a week before. The main reason to buy that mobile is, 5.0 mega pixel camera and some new features which is not in other branded mobiles. After that, I was disappointed and shocked because of the camera is not having the clarity is equivalent to the 5 mega pixel. It seems like 1.x. I don't know Do I need to apply any settings or Is this a manufacturing defect?
Already done camera settings as the following. Camera pixel : 5.0 mp. Flash light : off
Even though, I'm capturing the photos with worst quality like darkness. I have attached an image which was taken using my mobile with worst quality (i.e. Nokia X2). I had good trust on Nokia branded mobiles.
I bought a Nokia 6700 slide mobile on the 26th of June, 2010. I had a great liking for this phone before buying it. The 5MP Carl Zeiss optics camera, ALS display and so many other features impressed me. But when I purchased this mobile for my birthday on June 26th, I was very much disappointed with the camera quality. Despite having a 5MP camera with Carl Zeiss lens, the pictures taken by the camera are of very poor clarity. The clarity is similar to a 1.3 MP camera and is worse when pictures are shot in any lighting condition. I had great hopes on this camera after reading so many good reviews from several websites. But, this camera is not on par with my expectations and has failed me. My Nokia 7210 Supernova mobile which I had earlier used to take pictures of excellent clarity.
Are there any adjustments to be made before taking a picture? I've used all modes specified in the Options but to no avail.
My camera works fine at day but at night focusing is extremely slow and when I shoot, it takes ~5 seconds for phone to take a photo. Also, friend (with his LG G2) and I took the same picture in the dark and his looks much better. S5 took much darker picture..
Any possible way to use the front camera in n900, coz i cant see any option for the front cam and for basic camera any option for night vision when shooting ?
Anybody got good uses for this besides facetime and dumb chatroulette references? I never use face time, and am trying to find at least some use for this but seriously have never used it except for a few times to just test it out or show off.
one year ago i purchased X2-00 and firmware was V4.80, with that firmware camera view was very crystal clear but as soon as i updated to V8.35 shooting quality of camera became very bad. Those pictures which i shoot was looking very hazy, you can say fuzzy also. It really downgraded the camera quality. Few of my friends are also facing same problem. So, is their any other way to downgrade firmware to old version V4.80? or to release a new one to correct the camera quality?
I had installed the camera beta on my N8 a while ago. I was quite happy with it. Now after the Belle update, I seem to have the old camera back. Can I install the camera beta on Belle?
I am having some problems especially with the camera. Before the C902 I had a W580i and I swear that the picture quality was way better on that phone that it is on the C902.Also the menus load kind of slow. Do you think that the firmware I am running is the cause of all this mischief?
I purchased Xperia X10 mini end of October. My contract is with O2 £15.00 pm including unlimited text and 300 call time mins which suited me just fine. The 1st bill came back double the cost expected and when I contacted O2 they said its because the phone automatically connects to the internet each night to update its applications. They said to avoid excessive cost I should pay them and exta £10.00 pm for a 500mb internet bolt on.When being sold this phone it was never mentioned to me that the phone automatically connected to the internet each night and after spending ages tonight with O2 it now appears (according to them) that there is no way of turning this feature off and that the only way I can avoid this extra monthly cost is to take the sim card out and put it in another phone which I find incredibly hard to believe
Is there a way to silence incoming night time calls and texts automatically on my Z3?Apple has Do not disturb and Samsung has blocking mode. I keep forgetting to manually put it on silent.
I'm having a strange problem with my new Xperia Z3 Dual ever since I updated it to Lollipop. I’m using two SIM cards from two different operators. But every morning I notice that there is no signal available for SIM2. Signal comes back to normal on SIM2, if a call received or if I made an outgoing call from SIM1. Otherwise I have to switch on to Airplane Mode and switch it off every time to get the signal back. Because of this issue the battery drains so fast during night (due to loss of signal for 6-7hrs). And also I notice sudden call drops during conversations within 5-10 minutes after receiving or making a call.  I checked the same SIM using another phone to get verified whether this issue is related with the operator. But there I didn’t notice this strange behaviour. Hopefully this is something related with my Xperia Z3 Dual. I’m using WCDMA(Preferred)/GSM on SIM1 and GSM Only on SIM2.
I've been considering the need to get a decent Bluetooth headset for use in the car if I get bored on long journeys. But there's many on the market ranging from cheap as chips to bloody expensive, so what ones do people reccomend for use in the car? Ideally it would need to be easy to operate while driving, have decent reception and clarity and if it comes with a holder you can mount on the dashboard, even better as I could use the phone for Google Navigation and sell my TomTom if need be!
Also cases, similar issue. At the moment I use those clear plastic ones you clip on each side that you get for like 2 quid on Ebay. They work great and have protected the phone from many a fall. Problem is, grime shows up on the plastic very clearly and you get dust/hair/dirt getting clogged underneath the plastic case. So I'm thinking of spending the case to get something half decent that won't impede the phon'es ability to sit in my trouser/jean pocket with headphones on a bike.
Recently I've noticed that all my pictures in the gallery have lost the clarity and seem out of focus (blurry, pixelated) and any new pictures i take are the same. HTC ONE M8
Can any of you confirm how is the Video Clarity whilst making Video calls on Skype. is the Video and call clarity good enough.I guess not many people have tried this since the PR 1.2 release. Dont see any posts so far on people confirming it?
Just had to downgrade from a Tour to Curve 8530 and I know the screen resolution is much different in terms of clarity. What is the clearest font that looks the best on the 8530? I dont see any option for smoothing.
I've been using a Nokia E71. One fine day the phone switched off & it didn't start. As good Nokia customer I only trusted Nokia care outlets ( Nokia Care - Satya Telecare, 229 Chittaranjan Avenue, Near Girish Park Metro Station, Kolkata - 700006). After rectifying the problem, they told me that the phone had another problem of battery warming. After two days they again informed me that the handset have a network detecting problem. Its been 12 days now they have not been able to rectify the problem, also they are unable to tell me as to when the problem can get rectified. Even more, they dont communicate. When I visit the Nokia care outlet, I am made to wait for more than an hour each time.
Being a CDMA user for so many years, I enjoyed nice voice clarity on almost any phone. 4-5 days back I have switched to GSM with 8520. Everything is nice but I'm experiencing very odd problem. I really don't know whether it is my mind playing a trick or it is true.
When talking over the phone, I feel the sound from other end is compressed...muffled... whatever you call it but its not clear as I used to get it on my CDMA network. I have tried enhancing options with boosting treble but not much difference. My ears feel pressurized while talking. I have told my wife to check the clarity but she is ok with it. For CDMA conection I'm using Samsung SCH-S379. Its very basic yet very clear compare to 8520.
I'm running on pre loaded 4.6 OS. My phone is made in Hungery 3 and its January 2010 make. Not yet activated BES/BIS. Does upgrading OS to 5.0 helps in improving earpiece voice clarity ?? do we have any other adjustments ?? is there always a difference in voice clarity in GSM and CDMA ??
