Xperia X8 :: Cannot Register To Gmail?
Apr 11, 2012i only had this phone for 4 months and i never had problems until it started freezing. i did a master reset following this: Settings> Privacy> Factory data reset.. then the phone stopped freezing however, i can no longer sign my phone in to gmail with the old acct that i had with it before i did the **** reset. here's what. whenever i log in to my gmail acct using my phone's browser, it does not have any issues AT ALL. but the phone , this x8 really cannot register to my gmail.

Dec 6, 2010Ive recently updated my phone to android 2.1 and now i cant get onto market because it needs me to register a google account. I tried to register one and but i keep getting an error message saying that the server are busy and that i should try again later.... Ive tried who knows how many times and still no luck... I have even tried connecting to my Wi - Fi and still nothing.

Jul 20, 2015I bought my phone one month ago unlocked. Then I used it with a Claro (Argentina Operator) for 15 days. After a very long international call my number run out of credit and I got my accont disable. The problem is that after that moment the SIM card cannot register in the operator network anymore. If i try the SIM in another device it works. If i put a working CLARO SIM on my Z3 it doesnt work. But if I insert another operator SIM in my device it works! When i search for network i can see all the operators network, but it fail to connect to CLARO operator.

Jun 3, 2012One major issue that has disaapointed me about my Xperia Ray since purchase is the "touch experience".So many times the phone simply does not register my touches and I find myself poking repeatedly at the same place. Now whats funny is that it does not seem like an outright case of attenuated sensitivity or something because at times the touch registers and at times it simply does not until you retry once or twice or so. On the other hand, the touch sensitive buttons at the bottom never seem to miss a touch. And when they its because I'v not touched them in the exact location due to the absence of backlighting.
But yes, the overall sensitivity of the screen does seem to be a noticibaly lower than other devices I'v used. And I'm not accounting for the missed touches when I say that.
Xperia Z5 :: Drains Battery And Need To Re-register Finger Print
Mar 25, 2015Changed from Z3 to Z5 2 mths ago. The Z5 battery drain really fast. Same usage, same app, same setting as my Z3, but the battery last way way shorter, about 60% of my Z3. Really disappointed.. Another thing is the thumb print sensor.. When you 1st register, its all accurate and good. After sometime, (typically a few days), the accuracy of the sensor will be out.. I need to rely on luck to unlock my screen by thumb print.

Aug 24, 2011I have had my Xperia X10 for several months now and have had a gmail account on it for that whole time. It worked fine until 2 days ago when it suddenly lost connection. I have verified the sync is checked on Accounts & Sync however it does not show it has synced since 8/22/11 @ 7:38am. The calender and contacts have synced as recently as a few minutes ago. I have turned the phone off and back on, have popped the battery out and back in. I even tried to set up a new gmail account but it tells me I don't have a reliable data connection. I have browsed the internet many times since this problem began and my other email accounts (Yahoo and MSN) are working fine.

Oct 28, 2011My Photon 4 G does not sync calendar, contact, Gmail with my company Gmail account. I believe that it just stopped syncing last week and I believe that it was following a Motorola update, but cannot say for sure. Under Data Delivery, both Background Data and Data enabled are checked green. However, this is interesting because Email and corporate sync is grayed out on that screen. When I go to Account, checking the sync options is not possible, but I can do a manual sync. Please note, at one time, these options to sync Contacts, Gmail and Calendar were available. I've pulled the batter. I really do not want to reset to factory default. Suggestions? (Please note this is a company Gmail account, not just regular Gmail.)

I can turn auto-sync or the data off to make it stop, but once turned back out it starts up again. I have deleted most of my newer mail in case there was something bad included with the mail. Xperia X10 :: Gmail Calendar Sync With It?
Aug 26, 2010so I've got the google calendar sync set up on the x10 and gotten it verified by the gmail mobile set up.. and the syncing works both ways for future events.. for some reason no past events on the gmail calendar syncs with the x10 calendar..although any events set up in the past on the x10 calendar updates the gmail calendar fine.. does anyone know if this is a "feature" or do I have to set up some personal settings differently? although for the life of me I can't find any settings on the x10 calendar that specifies the length of time the sync should work for!I know this is not a huge issue but I have had to restore from backups cos of various problems with my x10, so everytime I'm having to manually create the past calendar entries (which I use as tracking meaures for various projects I'm working on) on the phone by looking @ the gmail calendar.

Feb 2, 2010I don't know if my thread title makes sense but basically what I would like to know is what are the advantages of downloading the Gmail app vs just setting up a Gmail account through my BIS (Email Settings/Add Account)? My main objective here is wireless contacts sync. I have read a lot of negative feedback regarding Gmail on a BlackBerry but I will not really even be using this for email all to often, although I will from time to time.
What I have done is just added my new Gmail account through the native BlackBerry email setup and then downloaded Google Sync. I downloaded the Gmail app but I didn't really like the UI and I like to have all 3 of my email accounts go into the same folder.
