I am using this experia8 in India. Since, after buying I have never been able to see my phone number in the phone status menu. Is this feature not enabled for use in India? Since, I see some discussion going on for eg "phone number not updating after switching of sim card". Does not affect my usage but I am bit curious as the option is there. If the feature is not there why just put a fake display

When browsing certain sites from the BB Bold 9700, we are getting a problem which shows "The number of redirection has exceeded".I need to know the reason of this. As for the initial info, there is only 2 internal redirection in server(IIS 7) when the BB accesses the site and it encounters any server side error. But in case for general, there is only 1 redirection when accessed from BB.When I accessed from any other devices, the same URL is opening fine. Please let me know for any possible solution for this.

To my surprise after doing a hard reset there was an entry on the log that show an SMS message was sent to an unknown number the time show it was sent after setting up the time in the phone setup. Just wondering if its a virus or something cause I bought the phone brand new about 2 months ago, and I just realized it just now after a couple of months. However if I call from other cell phone or primus voip, it's fine.I have tried to swap the sim cards between Lumia 710 and iphone 4s, I still have the exact the same issue, so I am sure it's something to do with the phone not carrier.

I bought a BB 9650 unlocked from Verizon, and i am using it in Canada with Fido, and when i get phone calls from people, it shows up as unknown number, but i realize i have these people numbers stored on my contact list super weird.
When a call is coming in, I can`t see how the person or the number is that`s calling me even if I have the persons contact number on my BB? It only shows Unknown Number every time some one calls me. But when I call someone it shows the number or the contact.

Me and my wife have had the new Bold for about 2 months now. Ever since we had the phone we have been recieving the message "n:m=1=1" from 10476000000 every 15 minutes and it is real annoying. I took over the phone and did a clean reboot, and changing to my telephone number thinking this message was connected to her email accounts but I am also recieving the same message every 15 min. T-Mobile doesn't have a clue either. Anyone else have this problem and offer a solution.
