When a call is coming in, I can`t see how the person or the number is that`s calling me even if I have the persons contact number on my BB? It only shows Unknown Number every time some one calls me. But when I call someone it shows the number or the contact.

If someone calls me on a land line the caller id works great and name appears as in my contact list. If someone calls me on a cell phone I get unknown number. I have tried battery pull and tried changing encryption or the smart dialing settings.

DD = green, my email = blue, and unknown = yellow. the original entires are all green and DO NOT show up on the homescreen. any new ones i enter are yellow and DO show on home screen. any ideas why this is happening? i have a lot of future entires that i dont want to re-enter.

I have Verizon. Is there any way to program my contact list to show my number on some outgoing calls but not others? I know where to change the setting to show the number or not, I'm just wondering if I have to change it each time I make a call to a specific contact.
