I have a blackberry curve 8520 for the past week, all the calls that I receive show as "unknown numbers" they're all saved in my contacts but no name on numbers appears, when the phone rings it says "unknown numbers", I did not have this problem before so I don't understand what's happening anything needs to be change in my settings?

All my contacts are synced, Facebook profile pics show up on the contact list but Caller ID photos do not show for incoming/sending calls. Its just the generic picture. However Google+ profile pictures do appear in a small circle on the bottom left corner on a gray background.
PS: The problem started after the 5.0 update. I've already reset the phone and tried doing the update with PC Companion. Nothing works.
After 18 months my BB Storm has decided to show call log-incoming or outgoing- calls in some random order, rather than most recent call first. How can I get it back to "last call first"?

I have a slight problemo. This symbol randomly appeared and now i cannnot recieve or make calls. I have looked for the symbol in the manuals and its unheard of so far. haha. The call comes through fine when I do that. I have tried pulling the battery several times, but this does not correct the problem.
