how to set the phone up so that I can view incoming/missed calls numbers? what happens now that all phone calls are just recorded as "unknown"on the screen, even for those I've already saved in the contact list. or should I contact my network provider which is optus in Australia?

When I receive a text from one particular contact in my phone book, the number displayed is a combination of 4 different numbers, all of which belong to different contacts in my phone book. When I reply the text is sent to the first number of the four which is not the contact who sent me the text! None of these four contacts are connected, nor are they adjacent in my contacts list! I tried deleting the contact affected and then adding back in but this did not fix it. When my phone is in sleep mode, I do not receive calls or text. I have a unlocked Z3 (model D6603). Â I have tested the problem with stamina mode on and off. Â No difference. In my testing, the phone works 100% of the time when awake, but when sleeping, in the same location, the calls are never received. I asked sony about this, and as always, they suggest run through pc repair, which won't work on unlocked phone. Â This wont work on unlocked phone. I have done factory resets and it has not worked.

The "Recently Used" section could be similar to how Microsoft Word works where it saves your last 10 used fonts at the top of the menu when you click to change the font of your text. How do I go about suggesting this to Nokia to update their software?
i am having an issue where when i recieve a incoming call my bold 9000 does not show me who is calling even though I have those callers names in my contact list. i am with rogers and i do not subscribe to caller id, however when i use to have my pearl i did not have caller id but when someone in my contacts called there name and number would show up. i'm just curious as to what I can do to correct this?

Turned in the phone for repairs, and **bleep** me the tab at the SIM was bright red. .
But that's in the upper left corner, the reject call thingie is in the bottom right corner. I will probably just get the phone back in same condition in like Xweeks since the red sticker.
The touchscreen works perfect during games and such and its not the blacks creen problem, it just rejects them calls!
