Xperia Mini/pro :: Calendar Markings Won't Synchronize To Exchange Server?
Mar 21, 2012At least a quick browse did not give any answers to the following:If I enter a calendar note to my Xperia Pro, it does not appear in the Exchange server's (2007) calendar. The other way around it works. Contacts and emails sync, too.
Is Outlook somehow ignoring third party requests? How to fix it?

Jul 3, 2012I had previously set up my mini pro to sync with my company's exchange server, first when it was running 2.4, and maintained the data when I upgraded to ICS.
It stopped working last week, so I erased the data and thought I could re-configure it again. However, no matter how many times I input the various settings, it still won't create the account.
Is this an inherent problem with ICS running on mini pros? Or is the manufacturer pushing me towards the bundled Moxier Pro app?

Jun 4, 2012i'm using encrypted email time to time on my PC using outlook 2012 and a smartcard.... fine my iphone is set up with this exchange account... fine I was not able to read encryted email (normal!) untill i've exported my certificate to the iphone good but now:when the certificate is active: i cannot distinguish encrypted email from non-encrypted ones; and if I forward these encrypte email, there are not crypted anymore...so if I activate s/mime in the exchange account on ios, then all my email all encrypted.... how can I toggle easily between encrypted and encrypted ? as I can do it easily on my PC outool?

Aug 15, 2012I've managed to get Outlook 2010 set up as an exchange server - couldn't carry on trying to use it with hotmail connector - it just didn't work.So, now on my Lumia 610 I have an Outlook account and I sign into it with my gmail email address and password. But it says it can't find the server settings. So, I'm having a stab at entering them manually. This is what I'm using:So my question is, are these the correct settings to use???? If not, what should they be?I can sense it, I'm close to actually getting my calendar to sync, but I just need to get past this one (hopefully the last!) hurdle.

Apr 21, 2010My boss is having trouble recieving e-mails on his BlackBerry Bold 9000. He has had the phone for about eight months and has experienced no problems until last Friday. He stopped recieving mail on his phone out of the blue, so he took the unit to his local AT&T store and they said it was a problem with the domain.
We reset his e-mail password and he is now recieving the following error message when we try to register the account with BlackBerry Internet Service using the AT&T setup page:
Email address domain not found: I have done some research on the web and these forums trying to find people experiencing the same problem. Based on that, I've done an MX lookup, a DNS lookup, etc. and encountered no problems with the domain. It is an established address that has been in use for more than two years. The domain is [URL]
I have tried entering the specific address of the mail server under Advanced Setup, but to no avail. We have three other employees currently recieving mail on their BlackBerry devices using the same domain and nobody else is experiencing problems.
I also tried creating a new e-mail address on the domain and synching that one, but I just recieved the same message.

The email address domain cannot be found. I setup the mail host myself and I can send/receive e-mail just fine in outlook. The domain is tmconcepts.ca . I think it might be a dns issue but I am not sure.

Feb 26, 2012i am having neo v. which is running on latest 2.3.4 build 4.0.2.a.0.62 , while tring to configure the corporate mail using exchange active sync , i am getting error "phone does not support required security feature".My echange server(2007) have 10 min screen lock , 5 digit pin and 10 password attempt as secuiry policy. which my neo v not able to do it.it look like the phone does not support device administration which is required for server to enforce security on phone. when i tried to configure my mail in other phone which is also running in 2.3.4(Samsung and dell xcd with default email client) , i am able to do without any problem.

I was trying to send out an email today, and my iPhone could not connect to the server. I tried to re-connect multiple times, ultimately deleting the email account from my phone and attempting to re-install it. When I put in all the info into their respective fields and hit "next," all I get is a message that says "Exchange account verification failed." When I go through and save it anyway and try and update emails, it says that it cannot connect to the server. My IT dept. says no changes were made, and I've already tried a restore and restored from a backup, as well.I have no contacts, emails, or calendar on my phone!

They can't even be transfered to the inbox (and then sent by outlook when synchronised)

May 31, 2012I'm having an issue with IOS 5.1.1. Since Monday, my iPhone is downloading emails from my Exchange (outlook) account like it always has, the problem is, when I delete an email in Outlook, it's not deleting from my phone. Similarly, reading an email in Outlook doesn't mark it as "read" on my phone. This leaves me at the end of the day with hundreds of unread/extraneous emails on my phone that I have already addressed, filed or deleted in Outlook. How do I correct this?
This is weird because it has worked correctly with everything syncing properly up until this week, and I did not update anything.
I'm using a PC for the Outlook - same PC as always, and no updates unless my company updated something remotely without my knowledge.
I have set up my email account using the "Exchange" option when I added it. Already tried deleting and re-adding the account (twice).
